The address, phone number and hours on record for each Rent-A-Center store. Every record shows the date it was last confirmed. Ratings come from Google and never rank the stores.
Rent-A-Center leases furniture, appliances, electronics, computers, mattresses, smartphones and gaming. A single store can stock differently, so the store page wins for that location.

Look, im a super quiet girl, I dont like to complain ill just let them have one over on me until im done paying what I need to but obviously im not the first, I see all these other comments.
honestly, this is the most unprofessional establishment ive ever dealt with.
I ask them to pay my full balance and only the past due balance gets paid and that wasnt clarified considering im telling them to "pay the whole balance", there is no clarification, transparency or honesty in this company : i promise they can pick up my bed and Ill happily have a different one the same day.
It feels like im paying more for their attitudes than my bed.
They hung up in my face after letting them know I cant pay the whole balance right now I can only pay half.. and he (Christian) hangs up in my face after trying to resolve the issue.
And yes ill make sure to never reference this rent a center again to someone along

I called Rent-A-Center and I play online. Would take took money off my card and said that was approved to Rent but when I called they said I wasn’t approved. I was a level four. Honestly, I was just looking somewhere else to look for a TV. Cause I really Rent rent from Aaron’s And I’ve been written from them for almost 9 years. And had paid off all my rental. And I thought that maybe I’ll go somewhere else this time, but I didn’t think you run into Rent-A-Center after they approve you and took money off your card then you’ll be denied for a level four. Where I felt the same application 10 years ago with Aaron’s And I I was approved right away and Ben with them. I guess I’ll go back to where I was approve it because Rent-A-Center is a joke and I need to put my money back on my card.

I’m giving a three star because the issue I encountered wasn’t with the store or its members rather the “deal” that keeps getting proposed to people. 10 dollars does not pay for the first week! It pays a retainer to hold the item and the rest of the payment is due upon pick up. I don’t like false information and had I known this fact I wouldn’t have had a single issue. I was never mad at the store just upset with RACs terminology online that caused me embarrassment and too much stress. If 10$ pays the first week then I shouldn’t have had to pay anything after the 10$ till the next week. Love my AC and it’s doing very well I won’t diminish y’all’s products cause they are quality! Thank yall for your understanding!

Just so there is No mix up. This Rent a Center is an Amazon returns center.
And that's what I was doing. But they seem to have great folks working and reasonable prices on things to rent

I thought I was paying for new appliances, upon delivery, delivery man scratched a deep gauge into the freezer door on a stainless steel refrigerator, then again when he hooked up " my new dryer " no power going to " dryer ". Had to hire an electrician to come look at my 220 outlet, which is working perfectly. Problem with the ACTUAL NEW DRYER.

Every time I go here to return an Amazon package, the sign says it’s down until further notice. That sign is always up! What’s the deal? Don’t want to bother taking packages?

Was sold a used ps5 with the understanding that it was in good working condition and now we only have 2 payments left on it and it quite connecting to the Internet when we took it in for them to exchange it all of a sudden it was infested with roaches even though we have never had roaches so now there refusing to exchange it or even take back position of it and said if we don't finish paying it off then they will take us to court. This is completely understand acceptable up until this point we've never had a single problem with them and we have also paid several things off from them and always paid payments on time. We don't have the money to go and buy a new or even used ps5 so we have absolutely no idea what we're going to do and rent a center has made us feel like horrible people because there now treating us terribly like we're trying to get something over on them

I was happy with them until today. I got really behind my husbands lost his job and have been struggling. I emailed them to tell them I had no phone service and we have every intention of paying just give us some time. They emailed me back said they’d let the boss know and to try to pay asap. Well they’ve been coming to my home banging on my door I have not been home for 2 weeks my mom had surgery and I had to leave to help. I went in today to make a payment explained it was all I had, was more than half but dude didn’t want to take it. They are super aggressive and start threatening with getting authorities involved and take legal action. I got 5 kids if I’m stretching every damn dollar and still try to make some sort of payment I’d hope you’d have a heart and understanding. I’d much rather have a roof over my kids head than a couch with rude ass people. They don’t try to understand or work with you. That was my kids groceries but because I don’t want to owe too much I made that payment of 100 $80 short not willing to work with me or want to accept the $100 but I told him I’m here trying to make a payment said if I bring him $50 more by tomorrow at noon then he wouldn’t proceed with legal action. Never coming here again and I’m recommending everyone that they go elsewhere anywhere but rent a center!!!! Don’t come here and fall behind because god forbid your a few weeks behind they will harass you and your references.
