This rent a center has the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! I rented some tires and now I can’t afford them anymore. In my contract it says I can return the item no matter what, it doesn’t say anything about not being able to return them. They call me 12 times in 5 days. That is harassment. Both Issac and Brandon threatened me that I can’t return the tires and if I don’t pay it’s theft. I have told them I will be returning the tires and nothing in the contract that we signed says you can’t return them. They got mad and hung up on me. I have been a customer with them for over 10 years, but never again will I rent with them!!!!!
Max at this RAC has helped me so much and done everything I asked. MAKE SURE TO READ THE AGREEMENT I see a lot of people on here upset about very preventable things that would’ve been solved had you read the paperwork all the way. Thanks Max for the unforgettable experience I’ve had shopping with yall the past couple of months!

I have been a rent a center customer for a long time so long that I have "Gold Status". I always pay on time and they never have to call me about anything unless it's a pending order. I have went out of my way to always be respectful and responsible in my dealings with the company. Back in July I moved to Colorado Springs and the store I am assigned to isn't the best. One time they made me wait forever it seemed like to return a couch and loveseat because they are so short staffed. And I was returning it because my cat was trying to claw it every chance she got.The credit manager tried to intimidate me and I am a loyal paying customer. I have a phone with them now and I was told when I got it that I couldn't return it. And I couldn't switch it for another phone later. I recently put orders in online for two laptops and had I not called in to say something they probably wouldn't have called me back. The other thing that's annoying about RAC is they never seem to have what's on their website and you can't bundle things like phones and tablets. My wife got me a laptop from Aaron's and we plan on using them from now on RAC is overpriced and their customer service isn't the best. Aaron's got me the computer I wanted no problem and I didn't have to wait two or three weeks to get it. Since we pay like double for things we get from these companies the least they can do is try to make us happy with our purchases and act like they care. Without our business they would cease to exist. We are the customer and the customer is always right. This is why Amazon is so successful and rich. They know how to please their customers.
Had a great phone call, with Max, super helpful, I really appreciate even people are nice, good at their job, definitely got a warm feeling from this store, thank Max!!!
The products are great 👍 but customer service is horrible. The leasing manager basically tries to intimidate her customers. We leased a dining room table and a iPhone. We were told no matter what we couldn't return the iPhone. And "don't piss me off" this was the leasing manager's exact words. This experience is why I don't like this location.
