10/10 do not recommend this store employees are rude and disrespectful payed my bill then was harassed that I didn’t pay it when called to take their stuff back was still being rude and disrespectful and hung up on me. Worst experience I’ve had from a business and furniture I was buying was scratches and scuffed and was told to deal with it

Been dealing with this store for months, have paid a device off and got a couple other devices from them, started a new job which I had to fork out about $1500 to start which put me in a bit of a bind until I get paid, so I asked Ms. Gale if it would be possible to push the payment back just 2 weeks and she said no.

The delivery was an hour late and the driver blocked my husband in so i had to wait 2 hours after I got off work to get picked up. When I called the store about it they called my husband and liar and then harassed me for 2 weeks about my delivery for damages they caused after I asked for a discounted rate I'm not getting.

100% excellent customer service The store manager and staff members 100% professional polite,helpful, and knowledgeable. This is the best rental facility I have ever encountered EVER!!!. I have paid over 1600 for a used refrigerator and stove and if I continue to make all of the monthly payments, I will pay over $4000 for these 2 necessary appliances! If only I wasn't so desperate to be able to feed my 5 grandchildren with me here, I would have never made such an extremely expensive mistake of choosing RAC!!! Never again 😞😭 I will be doing everything I can to pay this off as soon as possible. After that, I will have paid over $2000 for my used fridge and stove. I could have bought something new and my heart is broken over this insane purchase!!! Thank you for helping when I needed it, but dang I just don't know how RAC can rip hard working people off like this. Desperate times call for desperate measures, but people need to have a better choice imo. Take care and I hope you can sleep well with what you do to people for a living

This is my favorite rent a center in town!! Hands down got the greatest freaking staff on board! And they aren’t pushy sales people either, they are there to help you get what you need. Love these guys. I see someone below was upset about how RAC collects their items back. Well you should have payed your bill buddy. I’ve been late twice in 6 months, and guess what, they called one of my referrals and told them my bill was unpaid and they need to contact me. Was I embarrassed? Nope not at all. I’m an adult, and I had an unpaid bill. You signed a CONTRACT for a reason. Picture added for humor and attention!
