Renting from this place be prepared to be treated like shit. Jeff and Angel are the worse employees at this store. They talk to my husband then talk to me , so so rude. I don’t recommend this store. They lie all the time, don’t do what u ask. I have ask to do monthly payments multiple times they wouldn’t allow it. They make u pay for a program that’s supposed to help u but then when u ask about they all act dumb. DONT RENT FROM THIS STORE.

Rent a center has always treated me well. Been with you since you were Curtis Mathis, in 1978. The guys at my place are so nice, especially Angel! Thanks for being awesome! ☺️

Don’t fall for this scam. Paying over 100% over the retail value. It’s not worth it and paying it off helps your credit in a very minuscule way! Is for desperate people only. Don’t be desperate for material things!

This isn’t my normal store, however I had just rented a tv from here and from my understanding it would be new especially after all the payments that I’m paying over $1,000 for I was told I could go in and pick it up because it was in stock at THIS location and not only did they give me the display tv when I saw quite a few boxes of brand new ones around. It is scratched and there is dents on the bottom of it and not to mention they gave me the wrong remote. They did load it into the truck which one nice but wrapped it in moving blankets and when we asked for like better cushion so we don’t ruin it on the way back he said “well I can give you another blanket” It just seemed like they probably didn’t have anything in stock and instead of telling me they didn’t which sure I wouldn’t been a little disappointed but I’d rather have the correct product. After looking at reviews it seems I’m not the only one with this issue

Me personally , I’ve never had an issue, if they didn’t have something they offered the next best thing until the other came in stock to replace it, when I’m behind on a payment as long as you communicate with them they are phenomenal, James and Angel are truly the best to work with, I’m a single mom so being able to purchase beautiful bedroom sets for my kids and a couch to make our lives comfortable and give them something comfy and amazing is truly phenomenal when i can’t afford paying it out right! I’ve never had an issue, they are great!
