I picked up my Amazon package here because it was a safer location for delivery than where I was staying. Staff is very friendly at this RAC and I received a great offer for a discount on a rental just for picking up my package there! Great experience😊. Thank you!

I had shoulder surgery a month ago and we rented a recliner for my recovery. Everyone at the Nevada location went above and beyond to ensure I had exactly what I needed. Becca was so helpful throughout the process. when i was delivered the wrong chair, Caleb and took care of this immediately and in a timely fashion. Caleb and Zach delivered and picked up the item and were very friendly and courteous. i had a very good experience all around and would rent from them again. thanks to all of you!!

This place is horrible I did everything as the requested from me to do online and no updates or any type of email letting me know anything just for me to find out my order was canceled without any text messages or anything letting me know yall texted me and called me to finish everything just to do scam me and not provide the bedroom set that I really needed and this is horrible how yall run this type of online scamming service and no updates or calls or anything saying we need this or that when I have yall my paystub my bank and electricity bill and my drivers license and if yall can’t do nothing or help me I will look elsewhere because this is very unprofessional that yall say we have a delivery window open for Friday and I never herd or got any text messages or calls or a email explanation letting me know what happen and I don’t have time to be wasting for me to still not have a bed when I need a simple answer yes we can provide this bed and deliver it or no we can’t provide this bed at this time that is all I needed and a explanation for what occurred because I did everything yall asked for and now I’m not going to keep doing orders and loosing my money just for yall not not fulfill my order after wasting my time to give yall and provide yall the required documentation yall asked me for I did everything as yall asked just for yall to lie and waste my time for nothing when I have a emergency situation when my grandma really needed this bed for herself because her doctors are requiring her to have a bed and I been wasting my time while being busy at work currently waiting for a call or some type of response back from yall just to find out my money was returned to my bank account and my order was cancelled with no explanation for this order and why this happened so I can figure out a another situation for my grandma when she really needed a bed as soon as possible and I don’t have a lot of time for this situation to happen again I just need a simple yes or no if I can get this bed or not that is all I’m asking for and this is wrong that I’m having to make a complaint here and to the better business bureau if I can’t get a answer or response to my problem.

Overall my experience was quick and informative I left with all my questions answered. But what I really appreciated the most was having one associate walk me through the entire process and not having to talk to a ladder of people

My experience with the Colorado Springs Nevada location has been absolutely amazing. The team has been nothing but helpful, flexible, patient and understanding with me when I do have to make late payments. They are always willing to look for things that I am want for instance the stand alone game Killer Instinct. I will always recommend them.
