1 Take it home today Pick your appliances and sign a short lease. There is no big upfront cost, and most stores skip the traditional credit check.
2 Pay weekly or monthly Make small payments on a schedule you agree to. Pay it off early and you save (see what it costs, below).
3 Own it, or review the return option Complete the agreement to own the appliances. Many agreements allow returns that end future renewals, but conditions, fees, overdue amounts, and reporting practices vary.
