It Was Only Couple Seconds More Then Curse Words Would've Came Out I Felt Disrespected How He Was Coming At Me It Was Also A Lil Weird When They Kept Talking About Making Transactions Over The Phone Through Sending Screenshots Just Needed My Card Number No Proof Of Income Just Card Number 🤔
Everything went smoothly from start to finish and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to Rent to Own. Sabrina was extremely helpful with everything if I could rent to own her I would.
The furniture was so nasty. I understand most was repossessed but it should have went to the trash and not on the Showroom floor. While looking at a bed, a German coacroach ran across the mattress. However, the sales guy apologized remained very professional and I could tell he was embarrassed. He did a great job considering what they have to offer. The Showroom could use an entire revamp. The people of Jasper deserve a better presentation.
The GM there is so awesome.. took his time with me showed me my options and had such a pleasant experience choosing my bedroom set.
I highly recommend this location the gentleman that were helping me today. They were extremely helpful, extremely knowledgeable and very patient great personalities and very professional. I came in there looking for a washer and dryer. It was quick and simple. Got what I needed it was a real quick turn around and they was able to have my items delivered to me on a Monday though I came in o Saturday fast turn around time!
The two gentlemen that helped me were everything above average!! They explained the process and answered all of my questions and concerns with precision and detail. Thank you guys for making this a smooth for me!!! Would highly recommend!!!

Very unhappy since the ‘new manager’ took over, very rude. Call about payments before they are even DUE, saved a card on file and took a payment without consent from me.
Waste of time. Called several.times looking for an item that said they could get. Told me they could order it then never ordered it. Gave me the run around for over a week. Shop somewhere else.

I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Buddy’s Home Furnishings. My experience has been extremely concerning and unprofessional. After requesting that the furniture be picked up, the company continued contacting me repeatedly despite being told to stop. There have now been multiple unwanted calls and messages, which I consider harassment. During these interactions, representatives were disrespectful, called me names, and made threatening or aggressive remarks instead of resolving the situation. What is even more troubling is that these repeated communications appear to violate Florida Statute 559.72, which prohibits harassment, abuse, and repeated communication intended to harass someone regarding a debt. I have documented six separate instances where these protections appear to have been ignored. Furthermore, this also violates Florida Statute 817.61, which prohibits a business from using a customers credit card without clearly expressed consent, which I never gave them. I have also repeatedly asked for the furniture to be picked up, yet the company refuses to schedule a pickup while continuing to contact me. Consumers deserve to be treated with respect and for businesses to follow Florida law. I will be pursuing formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies if this behavior continues. Proceed with caution if you value professionalism and lawful business practices.
