I went in on a Friday morning inquiring about a push mower, they didn’t have one unfortunately but they sure did the next morning. They got me all taken care of with a brand new push mower. Now I can compete with the neighborhood dads to have the nicest lawn. Thanks Buddy’s!

It won’t let me switch my Gmail account. But my name is Hannah. I walked into buddys for the first time after a terrible break up with a long term boyfriend. Elijah, Ray, and Chase have helped me over the years more than they can ever know. They have helped me avoid drowning in debt more than I was. They have always been super understanding and genuine humans. They’ve helped me get necessities and fun things like a PC. They are always so open and ready to handle whatever you have in store for them. They listen to stories and even though it’s their literal job to push things on you, they don’t. They’ll deep dive with you and figure out what works best for you. ALSO their drivers who pick up and drop off, are some of the best humans I’ve met in my entire life. They won’t judge how your house is, they don’t judge how you look in that moment. This building is filled with the most human humans I’ve ever seen. They speak to you, in a way that isn’t just forced customer service. They talk to you like you’re a person and like they are a person. I cannot express in words my appreciation for these people. Silly, goofy, and R E A L. If I had more friends I’d definitely recommend this specific buddy’s store. Don’t take these humans for granted because they are truly the best people, best friends, you will ever meet.

I chose this establishment only because I had an emergency with my washer and dryer and needed a temporary one. I have never missed a payment so last week I called and asked if I could make the week’s payment the following week. I spoke to a nice gentlemen who said I could get it extended to the following Saturday if I paid a partial payment and I did. It’s Friday, the day before we discussed and I’m getting back to back calls. I called the store to see if I could just pay the remaining work this coming weeks payment in one and some girl, NANCY tries to explain to me that the payment I made gave me an extension and wouldn’t be deducted from my balance and proceeded to talk in circles. I tried several times to explain to her the conversation I had with the guy and that the math wasn’t adding up based off my previous conversation and promise. She then started trying to talk down and with attitude so I told her I was done with speaking to her and asked for the guy I spoke to originally or her manager. She puts the phone down(mind you I can still hear her) talking loud and said “I don’t why she wants to speak wth you when she has to talk to me anyways etc” the gentleman got on the phone with ease, admitted his mistake and miscommunication but I asked for Nancy’s full name or last initial to file a complaint and she’s in the background going, “don’t give her my info” etc I’ve never encountered such horrible customer service, not to mention she got back on the phone, said she didn’t want to talk to me and hung up in my face! I called back, made my payment with the guy and I will be seeing this through. Nancy does not need to be in management if she doesn’t know the first thing about customer service and professionalism!!

Do not buy anything from this store , it all be pre lease and treat poorly, they treat customers bad and do a lot of field visits even if you a day late

My experience with this furniture company was horrible. I received a couch yesterday that was contaminated with urine and smelled like it had come from an animal. My dad had to spend $300 on a professional deep cleaning to remove the odor and sanitize the couch. To make matters worse, there was also a tear in the middle of one of the cushions, which my mom had to sew herself. This level of quality and cleanliness is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this company. The furniture was unhygienic, damaged, and clearly not properly cleaned or inspected after being used by previous renters.
