Mr. Alex was very helpful and friendly. I had a very bad experience with Mike when he was running the store, as well as with other people that were complaining. Mr. Alex was very professional, and I was recommended back by my neighbors in my neighborhood who said there were new managers. So yes, I was very satisfied with the service. Thank you.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is, by far, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They will repeatedly contact you at work and at home if you fall even a little behind on payments. Then, once you’re caught up, they start calling over and over again trying to sell you more products. Their pricing is outrageous. A gaming console with a retail price of around $400 ended up costing us approximately $1,800 through their rent-to-own agreement. The total cost is incredibly excessive. To make matters worse, the employee who came to pick up the merchandise was unfriendly and unprofessional. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Very easy to work with and get what you need. Mattress is very comfortable. Been using this company for years.

Although there was a misunderstanding about the contract clerk, the manager of the store corrected immediately. She took her time and explained the whole contract and was very pleasant. She apologized for her employee and took the blame for needing to provide more training to her team. A serious lesson learned for her. I applaude her for that. That a good manager. The rental itself went smooth.

I got sold a junky couch and love seat set that came from another store. It's got rips in them. They tore up my floor. My husband and I payed 2 months up front. I would not recommend them to anybody. The store manager got fired right after we got our stuff and didn't note our issue. I've called up there and am told they've ordered us a new set and we're coming up on payment in August no new set they said it could take up to 8 weeks now. We didn't get enough and correct cords as well. They need accountability. They'll want they're money when due. I'm very upset of this is how customers are treated and we sold our food quality set of furniture before this stuff came ands don't have extras. We just adopted 4 sons and needed reliable good furniture for what they want us to pay and our floor fixed. Don't go here!!!! My husband is a veteran and the original manager said he was too this is not what you do to fellow Americans.

Very prejudice and rude! Do not rent from this location! They have been reported to the BBB! They chose not to rent because the color of our skin, stated our “kind” wasn’t welcome. The lady claimed she was the general manager and could do what she please.

We came in to browse and get an idea,&r ,look around I sat down in a couch to feel it out , I might want it you know ,she comes over and welcome us , she gives us a run down gives us a brochure telling me how to use THIER online store , felt little like I was being rushed along I couldn't go look there call them for any questions if I needed them , I am just trying to figure out why the store has establement if the employees don't wanna do their job? , she kept bring up her personal. Life and adding to the the conversation as if it was helping she talked about her divorce. After my husband brought up he was looking for a freezer a bit unprofessional every piece of furniture we asked about she talked about her divorce we didn't wanna be rude but already felt that she didn't want us here.

They got very done quuuickly and took the extra cardboard and plastic to the dumpster. They were very friendly and professional.i will definitely use the company again if I ever have a need for furniture quickly. My husband died very unexpectedly and I had family coming in from Florida, they solved a difficult problem quickly and helped make room for more family to come and stay with us on a comfortable bed and accessories. Thanks Buddy's for making us feel wonderful in the very sad , difficult situation. Great job guys...
