Got furniture delivered told me they would Come on a certain day took off work. Came super late in the evening with just my washer and dryer and no my couch. Tried not coming back then got an attitude and tried to over talk me until I went off. Brought my stuff back. Ended up telling them I didn’t want it anymore they couldn’t come out until Thursday and tried charging me for the stuff anyway which I’m not paying cause I said come and get it. Never rent from them and the couch is old and had stains on it but charge you full price for something they repossessed. Just crazy

Rude and completely not understanding.. constantly texting or calling day before and day of Payment not willing to move furniture to different locations so products don’t get damaged.. not willing to pick up the product until they have time and make u continue to pay till they can get around to it …. They pretty much hassle the hell outa u bout to be paying the same about monthly at a new place I paid here weekly.. ridiculous

If I could give them less than half a star, I would. We purchased a bed for our son, and unfortunately after 6 months of paying, ended up in a financial bind. We still did what we could to keep making payments, but after having to move into a smaller home, we could no longer keep it due to it's size, but also financially. When we arranged to have them pick up the bed, a guy by the name of Augustine was beyond disrespectful and belittling to my family. After explaining to him our situation, his response was "that's called life". I don't ever wish bad upon someone, but I hope he doesn't ever end up in a situation like ours because he will truly regret speaking down upon someone else's outcome. I am not surprised to see so many negative reviews with HIS NAME mentioned. They don't care about anything except the money. Usually people like this are silently miserable. If yall want rude customer service, devotional payment pressure, threats, and belittling, than this is the place to go!

First off let me start by saying if I could give a zero to this company I would. I bought furniture from Buddy’s 10 years ago and had zero issues. This February I went to purchase a bedroom set and spoke with Augustin who told me that I had to make a down payment which came to almost $500 and I would have to make bi-weekly payments and my furniture would arrive in 4-6 weeks. During this time I called Buddy’s to see when I would be signing my contract and how much my payments were going to be. I was told by Miguel that I wouldn’t have to make payments or sign a contract until my furniture arrived which should arrive by mid- March. When mid-March arrives I get a text for payment so I called to see if my furniture was in. I was told by Augustin that my furniture wasn’t in and he didn’t know when it would be in but I needed to start making payments. When questioning why I was told the opposite he stated “If you don’t have the money just say that.” I politely told him to get me a manger because I wasn’t going to continue talking to him. He has Miguel call me back and he states he’s the one who told me i didn’t need to make any payments until my furniture arrived but he couldn’t say when that would be. Another month goes by and George the new manager calls me asking for payment. I explained what I discussed with Miguel and how at this point since no one could give me an update on when or if I would receive my furniture that I wasn’t making a payment. George then calls me back to ask what furniture I ordered because there was nothing indicating what I ordered. I sent him screenshots and he stated it would be ordered. After deciding that I didn’t want to do business this way I called Buddy’s on 4/30 and again spoke with Augustine and requested a refund. He told me a manager would call me that following week. I then get a text from George 3 weeks later stating my furniture is in. I explained that I didn’t care and wanted my refund still. George tells me only Tommy can approve this. I communicated with Tommy yesterday and he said someone would bring me a refund today between 10-11am. No one has shown up or called. I called Tommy and no surprise but no one has called me back! This is the worst company ever! I don’t know what happened from 10 years ago and now but I caution anyone to do business with such a shady company!
