I ordered a sectional online—the ordering process was so smooth. Christina actively communicated, answered all my questions and concerns immediately. And her customer service skills were impeccably professional. She made me feel like I was in her presence although the transactions were completely virtual. I think it's telling that when I dialed the number to this place, I got an automated warning telling me to hang up the phone because I may be scammed. Never experienced that before. Anyway, I was only in this business for about 2 - 3 minutes. It's inside of the HEB on Riverside. I was approached by 2 police officers telling me the manager wanted me to leave. So I had to leave the HEB and couldn't do my grocery shopping like I had planned. The manager, Miguel I believe is his name, makes me recommend you avoid this place.

The manager at the Heb buddies on riverside Dr was the most caring and helpful person I have ever met in the rent to own business.She listened closely to my needs and went above and beyond to meet my criteria and budget. It was a wonderful experience and I am grateful for her time and the interaction.She is a pillar in this company and does very well at her part in carrying her company into the future. I have a disabled child and her patience was everlasting.The grandeur of the experience is unrivaled in my opinion. Thank you, Sincerely Brent C
