I had an amazing experience working with Luis! He made the entire ordering process fast, simple, and completely stress-free. His knowledge really stood out—he was able to answer all my questions with confidence and made sure I understood everything along the way. On top of that, he was incredibly helpful and professional from start to finish. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing great service. I truly hope everyone gets the chance to work with him—you won’t be disappointed!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst company and location my family has ever dealt with. The manager, Luis, is extremely unprofessional and dishonest. He claimed he never delivered furniture to my family’s address, which is completely false. He was threatening, yelled over the phone, and refused to let us speak. He also gave out items under my mother’s name without her authorization, which is completely unacceptable. He even sent one of his employees to our home to retrieve items we did not have. After we explained this, Luis stated the employee would not leave and would remain on our private property until he “recovered” the furniture. On top of all this, he made a completely inappropriate and disrespectful comment to my cousin, stating that the bed broke because of her weight and then said, “I’m just spitting facts.” What kind of manager speaks to a customer in such a degrading and unprofessional way? To make matters worse, the employee ended up crashing into our fence. KARMA! Overall, this was an awful and stressful experience, and I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company.

Jose called and was being rude because of a payment was due today and I ask to stop by the next day so I can pay cash because could not make it to the store as I have to pay it cash because I don’t have it set as auto payments . I been a costumer for a very long time but of course not this location the only reason I went to this location is because my regular location is close. This location has very poor customer service and so unprofessional with their costumer. I advise you that think twice before you go to this rent a center now Luis is the store manager is he just as rude as the rest of the crew. And of course they always right and customer has no say so. And yes I will return the merchandise because I will not deal with ruthless & unprofessional behavior.. if I could give them a -1 star I would the only reason I gave them one start is because it won’t let me post this review ..I’m adding to this review because now they over charging me saying I missed a payment thankfully I have my bank statements and this will be done for

Luis the store manager at the 2410 E Riverside Dr H 4, Austin, TX 78741 was excellent! His customer service skills are phenomenal. I already recommend a couple of my coworkers to head over and see what’s works best for them in terms pricing for furniture, electronics, and other accessories. I just want to thank Luis much for his help. Hard working man! I appreciate his kindness and friendliness. It’s great people like Luis that makes this world a better place each and every day! You’re the best LUIS!!!
