I got a sectional from Rent-A-Center delivered and it was disgusting. It smelled like urine and was sticky. Completely unacceptable they are coming to pick it up but still no he shouldn’t have delivered it tha way

Damiana helped me get a mattress and delivery the same day (within the hour) when I really needed it and even helped deliver it. That level of high touch customer service and work ethic is not only rare but refreshing and so appreciated as she helped to solve a significant problem. Many thanks for a lovely experience!

This is the worst place I ever rented from. It was my first time ever renting from any type of furniture store and my last. They made it horrible for me!!! I rented 2 things from them, but I probably was late 4 times or less just a day or 2 late, never a week. They will start blowing up my phone soon as they opened and I work overnights. They would even call me twice in one day!!! I don't need to make no payments to y'all when you want me to!!! As long as it did not turn 12 midnight, I do not need to pay y'all while you are open!!! I paid online. At one point, you started calling me on a Thursday, so I blocked y'all... Furthermore, y'all stuck insurance on my file I never agreed to and never signed!!! But y'all were charging me for it!!! I still have my hard copies vs. y'all copies online!!! That's fraud!!! Now that I've finished paying off everything!!! Y'all are calling me 3 times out the week, and I called at least 3 times to ask that y'all stop the harassment!!! It is not a robo call!!! It's harassment I would never recommend this location. It was only one female worker who was pleasant.. I ordered a brand new headboard, and it came broken and missing pieces... I really did not have a pleasant experience with anyone else. I avoid them on purpose because they stressed me out with the unnecessary calling. If you do not want to stress out with the calling, avoid this place.. I will sue if I get another phone call. I want no dealing because I sue for stress and fraud!!! Look in my file for insurance, I didn't sign it... So please leave me alone and go away.

Worst customer service, the women there constantly harass you for payment when you’re literally a day late and have already spoken to them and let them know when your going to pay but your account automatically goes into default after that so it doesn’t make a difference. Then some lady Misty wants to try to intimidate me and tell me that they’re going to come pick up the stuff the same day when your location store isn’t even closed so I technically would have until 7 PM to make that payment! Either way everything is way to over priced and when they drop off your equipment they damage it so they don’t even look new. So I recommend spending your money elsewhere unless you enjoy being bothered six times a day during work hours and at night. I should’ve read the reviews before I made my contract so I hope this helps any future customers. “Rent-A-Center does not report your payment history to the credit bureaus.
