Very disappointing customer service experience at this location. After being told I would receive an update about replacing a couch, I had to repeatedly follow up myself and still received no communication. When I called the store for an update, the conversation became extremely unprofessional. I later received a call from an assistant manager’s personal phone where inappropriate language was used and a threat was made. This issue was reported to Aaron’s corporate customer relations, and despite being given a case number and told someone would contact me, I still have not received any follow-up. I hope district management reviews how this situation was handled. Update: I’ve filed a corporate complaint, followed up multiple times, and now filed a BBB complaint regarding your Austin Slaughter Ln location. Still no contact. Can someone from corporate reach out regarding case #1705439?

I honestly can say this store has the most friendly employees and make sure that you are taken care of asap . Thomas the service technician came to my home 2 days in a row to check an item of there's in this cold weather as he was here my propane heater ran out so he contacted the other tank for me . This store is the best I have ever got anything from .. ty

Do not trust this store with your debit card. They used my debit card without my consent. Thieves…. I never got the charge back into my account. They kept the money. Don’t trust them with your debit card. Bunch of thieves at this store. Manager Wayne is the worst, I don’t know why Aarons has people like that working for them. Very bad experience and will repeat myself again …A bunch of thieves. Run from this store.
