I have purchased things from Aaron’s for several years in different states. I recently moved to Andalusia Alabama, went into the store and the employees were so rude. Upon entering the store, it was not a very warm welcome. They looked at me as if I was an alien. When I inquired about a purchase I was told I would have to come back when the manager is there in order to make a purchase. I was told only the manager can approve a purchase. So are you telling me you can only sell products when a manager is on site. What is the purpose of other employees if none of them can assist you? They did not ask what I was interested in or looking for? When I tell you no customer service at all. NONE! Simply we can not assist you today because Manager is not on site. Then why are you even open today? Needless to say the laziness and lack of interest to assist me in any way shape or form, I will not be returning. Loss of sell for them because I was planning to furnish my entire house.

Just wondering why these reviews because I have always believed that honesty is the best policy on both sides. If the customer is honest with Aaron's from the beginning there should be no issues. If you want to return an item that is okay too. Just remember, they need to inspect the aforementioned piece of furniture whatever it is before you return it. Don't get mad just nicely explain what your situation is, don't get hateful about it. Treat others like you want to be treated.

If I could give them no stars I would! These people are scam artists this specific Branch at least. My mother has tried to pay off her debts and they told her that she wasn't allowed to pay off her debt in complete. Not only are we going to be contacting our lawyer because that's highly illegal. But I recommend never stepping foot in this place all they live to do is scam you. They don't care if you were trying to pay off your debt and you tried to do the right thing they just want to keep you trapped. And I know that the problem children are gone from this place per se but trust me they're not doing anything to fix their damages!!!

Brandon came out and helped switched our back pannel of dryer so it could be in the correct outlet. Very polite and professional. I also asked if he could switch the way the door opens on the dryer and without hesitation he did that also.

RIDICULOUSLY AWFUL SERVICE!
We were suppose to get our washing machine and dryer on the 23rd of September but they pushed it back to the 1st of October do to their workers being overwhelmed , which they also tried to push that back as well do to rain but after being upset and telling them if we can figure something else out they were all of a sudden able to deliver them that day. The washing machine is shaking too heavily that it’s quite literally jumps and has tore a hole in our floor and I called and they were suppose to come today the 5th of October but they decided to push that back as well to Thursday the 8th of October. We have been moving our days around to accommodate to their time but they keep deciding to reschedule it’s to a point. We have been having to go to the laundry mat and pay to do our laundry when we literally pay them to have our washing machine and dryer and for them to work properly. It’s just shows how this place doesn’t take priority in their customers needs. If I could give zero stars I most definitely would.

My mom and I had such a great experience at Aaron’s, and we especially want to recognize Regina for her amazing customer service! She was so friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure both of us felt comfortable, answered all of our questions, and took the time to explain everything clearly.
