One star is too generous. Delores has the personality of a sandpaper towel and the 'customer service' skills to match. Her blatant rudeness and 'I-don't-care' attitude are enough to sink this place. Truly an insufferable experience from start to finish. I have been a customer for over two years…nope..no more of Delores attitude will be tolerated by me! Taking my money somewhere else and making sure others are warned! ETA 4/8/26 Hey…JB. I’ve emailed and called three times and no one cares to respond!

Rifle co store has the best customer service hand down . They've gone out of Thier way several times to make sure I get what I want. They call me and walk me thru everything . Not only store but delivery drivers are smart and on it . We live in middle of nowhere and gps doesn't even work out here but those two drivers found us no problem. They work hard at all Thier jobs to make sure you have a smile and are satisfied. I wouldn't choose anyone else

Just wanted to share the experience i had from first phone call with Gaston to the visit with him and Dolores. And even the delivery driver George. They all delivered top notch professionalism courtesy and just being easy to deal with. You guys rock thank you.
