Can't ask for a better person to serve you than Donald? He's done a lot for my family. When there's 4 of us in this household that are all have our own account. And he's always on top of everything in very polite and caring to his customers.Thank you for employing him
After looking for couches for months and quoted thousands of dollars we finally tried Aaron's and they had the perfect couch for our home for a fraction of the price. The delivery guys Caleb and Derick were awesome coming to my house 2 different times to fit my schedule without making any sort of fus and going above and beyond to make sure we got the couch we wanted inside our home. Caleb wouldn't even let my wife help lift the couch since she is 6 months pregnant he made sure everything was excellent before they left, if I could leave them higher than 5 starts I would it was the best delivery expirence ive recieved from a large company. The Manager Donald was excellent to work with and helped us find what we needed at the store, I look forward to browsing their selection more often to find things for our house cheaper than the big retailers around town.
Been doing business with them for years and they absolutely go out of the way to try to help you as much as possible. I love it. I’ve been with them for over 15 years or more and I’ve always loved it and the great customer service the help they give and they treat you like your family you’ll never find good service like that.if there’s way to help you out they will find it an when I was in my car accident omg they worked with us that was the most helpful to me an my family even though they have switched people over the years they still keep that same energy and attitude friendly inviting I love there new location as well it’s not far from me lol an there Aaron’s club is so great I used a few times at restaurants etc it’s all good

He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping people find exactly what they need. What really stood out to me was how easy he made the entire process. It never felt like a sales pitch—just honest, helpful guidance from someone who truly knows his job. Donald is not only great at what he does, but he’s also a fantastic representative of Aaron’s. Paid almost 30% of my loan off, and lost my job. The big selling point was if something happened that the "Aaron's club" would protect it. They call multiple times a day, they show up at my house on weekends. In personal vehicles. At 8:40 am on Saturday and 5pm on a Sunday.. I have emailed corporate and called with everyone I can. They do not stop, and will not stop. My next step is harassment.
Dealt with the manager with my boyfriend and I, im extremely indecisive and the manager was beyond patient. After my boyfriend finally decided to get me a ps5 and tv combo he helped up get the right one. They said they can be aggressive but thats what you gotta do with rent to own businesses like these.
If you need furniture to rent in Rapid City, please do not hesitate to visit the store. The employees are super nice and super helpful and I was able to get started the same day.. when I needed to furnish an entire apartment. Donald the general manager was super friendly and helpful. We got our furniture in 30 mn
My husband and I stopped by the new Aaron’s location in Rapid City just to look around, and we were greeted right away by the General Manager, Donald. He made us feel comfortable from the start and answered all of our questions without hesitation and that left us with making a purchase of a couch and loveseat.☺️ Delivery was right on time, and Aiden and Naomi were incredibly friendly and professional. Overall, our experience has been fantastic so far. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
