Excellent customer service! I had several Amazon returns, so 2 employees worked to get them processed as speedily as possible. And they were super friendly. Highly recommend!
New Amazon drop off, and while I can understand they are a different business, the man behind the counter was very pushy in focusing on the rental items and not my Amazon return. Refused to give any kind of receipt for my Amazon drop off because he "doesn't work for Amazon any more." Will gladly pay to do returns elsewhere and have no intention of ever using RAC should we need to rent anything. If you don't want the Amazon business, maybe don't become a return drop off.
They are very good on top of their games. I appreciate their customer service.
Everyone was very nice from the beginning, the 2 gentlemen that delivered my stuff, to me falling way behind on payments, and then just offering me a deal to pay it off.
Good customer service your staff was trained well polite respectful the one thing i was very impressed was they let me choose the items I wanted instead of pushing items on me

Gotten a television and play station from this facility back on April 26th of 2025, we have been told we purchased 2 PS5's when we only purchased one. When we try getting assistance with the app, they just tell us it's down so we cannot look at our information they are hiding from us. They will not disclose any of our information to us to let us find out our current amount. This facility is full of scammers and dishonest employees. Whenever we call, we get Hubert, which just gives us a run around and lies to us. Would never have come to this facility if it was such a shitty company, WILL NOT recommend to anyone.
