Love the customer experience shout out to Diana in there Calumet City Location
I had my tv paided off completely before it got paided off for some reason my tv quit working so they did switch TVs with me and 2 months later they brought my regular tv back and I had paided it off already. They sent me back with a remote that DOESNT WORK! I had to put new batteries in the remote, still doesn’t work and I know there nothing they can do it about it since it’s paided off already and I know the cord has a short in it.
