Disclosure requirements Must disclose total number and amount of periodic payments, total cost, cash price, description of property, early purchase option, and reinstatement rights.

Early buyout rights Consumer may purchase property at any time by paying 50% of the remaining periodic payments plus any past-due amounts.

Repossession rules Must provide at least 7 days written notice of default before repossession. May not use force, threats, or unlawful entry.
