The new store manager, Cathey, was amazing at working with me on getting me the bedroom and living room furniture I needed! She is fantastic! Recommend going to caruthersville rent one over any other rent one!! Absolutely loved doing business with the team in Caruthersville!

I went there to inquire about an item. Paid money down on it. I ended up going another route and asked for my money back only to find out it's not refundable. The clerk working the front desk completely withheld that upfront information from me. Now rent one has scammed another customer. I've been a loyal customer in the past and have never had this issue before. Edit: as of right now they are correcting it I will update after the money is refunded in full. Update. My payment has been refunded. Only after posting this review. I was also asked to take down the review or edit it by the manager. After looking at the previous reviews and checking the Better Business Bureau I now know I'm not the only one. I encourage people that when and if something seems off, make sure you self advocate. It saved me this time.

This place is horrible. I was used as a reference for someone who got behind not even a whole week. This place called me non stop. Even after I told them I had nothing to do with the account and to please stop calling, the employee tried to get smart with me over the phone. Acting like I was responsible for whatever was bought just because I was a reference. It was horrible. To the point I just had to hang up because they kept on trying to argue with me about something my name is no where on, all because I asked them to please stop calling my phone it has nothing to do with me. Very unprofessional and very rude. Me nor anyone in my house will ever do business with this company. Get some respectful and professional employees in this store please.

Terrible customer service the front desk rep had an attitude and cancelled my order because I put my wife as a reference and he said I couldn’t use her as a reference because she didn’t answer (my wife was with me he never called) so he ripped up the paper in my face with and attitude an argument took place and now they’re holding my money hostage when it’s obvious they aren’t going to fill my order so why keep my money as I said TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THE OTHER REVIEW SAID THIS PLACE IS A SCAM I went to Aaron’s and had no issues this place sucks!

I will never spend a dime in rent one ever again, I was playing around cause the store was moved around then get threatened by Manager to get out of the Store, I am done if rentone wants to be like buddies and treat customers wrong then, all reviewers reading this don't spend money at Rentone Nomore!

My nephew, and I Went to the store to speak to Matt the manager. It was late in the afternoon, and he was very Polite, professional, and kind. He helped us with our questions and was very sympathetic at the loss of my sister. I highly recommend anyone interested in buying furniture to speak with him. He made our experience so easy and his customer service was impeccable. Thank you, Matt! Thank you rent one for having staff such as Matt on your team.

Went in the store to get a washer/dryer after mine broke at home. Reagan was great and walked me through my options she worked with me on my first payment. But the best part of my experience was when I got home. We scheduled for same day delivery (which was awesome) and I went home to unhook the old ones and get them out. I was having some trouble when Anthony showed up with my new units. Not only did he singlehandedly get my old ones out but brought the new ones in and hooked everything up. I didn't have to worry about anything. Definitely recommend Rent One Murray location. I hope this is the start of a long relationship with this store.

Complete scam. Leased a washer,and OPTED OUT of "care package" on my lease,which costs $15 more per month. Total monthly per contract is $39.99...they bill $68 and some change,saying everyone must buy the care package. Showed them my contract they signed and they did nothing but insist everyone must pay it. That adds about $600 tonthe cost of the lease. Reporting to atty general,their corporate and BBB. Steer clear..theyre a scam.

I would like to share my experience with my recent washer and dryer delivery from Rent One. While there was some confusion and conflicting information during the process, I am pleased to say that Rent One ultimately addressed the situation and made things right. I appreciate the company’s willingness to correct the misunderstanding and ensure everything was taken care of. Most importantly, I want to recognize Anthony for his outstanding customer service. He was working independently, remained professional at all times, and went above and beyond to make sure the delivery was handled properly. He was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing a positive customer experience. Anthony maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire process and took the time to address concerns with patience and professionalism. His work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction did not go unnoticed. Employees like Anthony are a tremendous asset to Rent One. Because of his professionalism and the company’s efforts to resolve the issue, I am happy to leave a positive review and thank everyone involved for their assistance.

Worst customer service ever they run your card monday thru Friday when your payment is due on a Saturday. Then when you end up since and have a family call for you because you end up having a surgery they still blow your phone up to the point I had to have the nurse turn it off. And they still call and come by your place when you are in the hospital. I called and had them come pick it up
