Rent One

I went to Rent One in Malvern and was greeted with a very patient, knowledgeable and friendly staff. After trying out several living room sets, I decided on one and set it up for delivery. Unfortunately, after getting it delivered, there was just something I wasn’t happy with on the sectional. I called Rent One and they sent someone out to check on it immediately. After having the set for about a week, I still wasn’t happy. I went back to Rent One and again, was greeted with very friendly, helpful staff even though they knew I was exchanging my set. They walked around with me very patiently answering all of my questions while I “tried out” every sofa in the store. After I settled on a new set, the staff handled the exchange flawlessly. I would definitely recommend using Rent One for your furniture needs. They have a dining room table I would love to have! Thank you Rent One!

Been with rent one for a while now and have always been treated amazing. Their current manager is amazing, patient, and will go out of his way for his customers.

Ordered Saturday. Silence until Tuesday. Called saying I am too far from them. Im in the same county. I spoke to avoid woman at first. Then a man. Both were incredibly unprofessional, rude, un-caring, and seemed like they were mad that they had to talk to me at all. Seriously need to work on customer service.

I love the employees at Rent One In St Roberts Mo ,they are very patient and kind ,and believe me I gave them a run for their money they tried everything to please me ,I was wanting a new living room set ,and they rented me a couch with a chaise lounge on the end but it was too big so they brought me a large chaise lounge, it was uncomfortable to me,they brought me a smaller chaise lounge ,( the chaise lounges I selected but then Allan suggest we order me a couch and chair,(small chaise ) and I was impatient on when I would get it but they were very patient and kept telling me it was approved and it was coming .I receive it yesterday and I absolutely love it .Thanks,Allen,Rob,and Brian,and the guys who delivered my stuff,May God bless you .

The new store manager, Cathey, was amazing at working with me on getting me the bedroom and living room furniture I needed! She is fantastic! Recommend going to caruthersville rent one over any other rent one!! Absolutely loved doing business with the team in Caruthersville!

They are always so sweet helpful kind. They are out going people. When they deliver our washer dryer and fridge the two gentlemen were so helpful sweet kind. They went above beyond what was expected. We will always keep going to rent one

Wonderful customer service! I went in and looked around and couldn’t find what I was looking for. They spent almost an hour with me narrowing down the set I had in mind. They were able to pull from another store so I didn’t have to wait for ordering. Just amazing! I spent my entire day furniture shopping and the other locations around didn’t have as good as service let alone as clean merchandise on their floor. Used doesn’t always need to look used!

I went there to inquire about an item. Paid money down on it. I ended up going another route and asked for my money back only to find out it's not refundable. The clerk working the front desk completely withheld that upfront information from me. Now rent one has scammed another customer. I've been a loyal customer in the past and have never had this issue before. Edit: as of right now they are correcting it I will update after the money is refunded in full. Update. My payment has been refunded. Only after posting this review. I was also asked to take down the review or edit it by the manager. After looking at the previous reviews and checking the Better Business Bureau I now know I'm not the only one. I encourage people that when and if something seems off, make sure you self advocate. It saved me this time.

This place is horrible. I was used as a reference for someone who got behind not even a whole week. This place called me non stop. Even after I told them I had nothing to do with the account and to please stop calling, the employee tried to get smart with me over the phone. Acting like I was responsible for whatever was bought just because I was a reference. It was horrible. To the point I just had to hang up because they kept on trying to argue with me about something my name is no where on, all because I asked them to please stop calling my phone it has nothing to do with me. Very unprofessional and very rude. Me nor anyone in my house will ever do business with this company. Get some respectful and professional employees in this store please.

Terrible customer service the front desk rep had an attitude and cancelled my order because I put my wife as a reference and he said I couldn’t use her as a reference because she didn’t answer (my wife was with me he never called) so he ripped up the paper in my face with and attitude an argument took place and now they’re holding my money hostage when it’s obvious they aren’t going to fill my order so why keep my money as I said TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THE OTHER REVIEW SAID THIS PLACE IS A SCAM I went to Aaron’s and had no issues this place sucks!
