Rent One rents to own in 8 states.

They hire who they want no shocker in Malvern. Got a switch 2 from the deck first one the switch 2 dock went out had to go in the heat after my shift to get it replaced

Wonderful service and great management

Don't like when ya get a little behind and they just come and get all ur stuff like I was left with nothing had to go by a new bed bc they took mine and tv and chair bc we got in a disagreement and the lady at the jerseyville rent one is not a good one not gonna put her name out there but she needs to learn how to deal with customers better and when something breaks and u can't return it y should I have to still pay on it not acceptable still paying for something I no longer have and I paying for something else that got a little ruined but she didn't have to be so rude about it u lost a customer of close to five years and I will never be back again as long as she works in jerseyville Illinois bc she is not very good needs better manners towards customers

Went in to Rent One today to purchase a couple items. I was helped my Ms Lauren, she was amazing, professional and very knowledgeable about everything I needed. She made this experience worthwhile, she was patient, passionate and supportive. Thank you for your expertise on my journey to buying new furniture for my home.

Applied on Monday, made a payment. Got a TXT message asking for proof of lease and employment. Emailed it all in. Not a single follow up email, TXT phone call or anything. I called today and was put on hold right away and transferred to someone who had no clue. Said I was turned down and the account closed YESTERDAY. Would not provide a reason, had to go check if I was even going to be refunded what I had payed already. DO MOT RECOMMEND. UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACKS COMMON COMMUNICATION ABILITIES. If I could give zero stars, I would. False advertising stating everyone approved and emails saying you’re approved.

I have a house full of items from rent one Alisha is absolutely amazing goes above and beyond for the customers made Christmas wishes come true last year and I can never say thank you enough for that! My whole house will be done from rent one thank you so much for being so amazing!

They were awesome and gentle bring my stove inside I always go to yall for our appliances and ect

Respectful delivery drivers, were careful bringing in the furniture and quick with the assembly.

Quick easy painless polite!!! A pleasure to do business with!

Wonderful customer service and was fairly impressed with the amazing condition everything is in that you are able to rent or buy. The manager is outstanding and is a very kind person to deal with & is amazing at her job!!!

Very nice quality stuff and very nice and respectful people who work here I would rent from them any day

I went to Rent One in Malvern and was greeted with a very patient, knowledgeable and friendly staff. After trying out several living room sets, I decided on one and set it up for delivery. Unfortunately, after getting it delivered, there was just something I wasn’t happy with on the sectional. I called Rent One and they sent someone out to check on it immediately. After having the set for about a week, I still wasn’t happy. I went back to Rent One and again, was greeted with very friendly, helpful staff even though they knew I was exchanging my set. They walked around with me very patiently answering all of my questions while I “tried out” every sofa in the store. After I settled on a new set, the staff handled the exchange flawlessly. I would definitely recommend using Rent One for your furniture needs. They have a dining room table I would love to have! Thank you Rent One!

***DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!*** *if i could give them ZERO stars i would......* started out going here because rent a center in washington, IN screwed us over-sold a washer and dryer set from under us- they gave us a loaner and ordered us a brand new set. they deliver the loaner set and it didnt even work! we got pedestals with them and they only brought one and continued to charge us for them then they switch out the broken machine and take the pedestals with them and guess what?! THEY STILL CHARGE US FOR THEM BOTH when we dont even have them. fast forward to few days ago, we call them to ask about our new set they ordered and they say its in but they cant deliver it to us yet because theyre too busy. BUT THEY ARE STILL CHARGING US FOR THE BRAND NEW SET THEY HAVENT DELIVERED!! fast forward to yesterday, we call because we get a call from them about our account being past due. we just paid $150(first monthly payment) 2 weeks ago! the manager says its past due because our payment is every 2 weeks and between $150-180(i dont remember exact amount). they told us up front it was monthly! AAND SHE GOES ON TO TELL US WE NEVER EVEN PAID ANYTHING TO START OUT when they wont let you rent without payment first. So moral of the story DO NOT EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL SCAM YOU OF EVERY BIT OF MONEY YOU HAVE!!!!! They can not be trusted!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful understood exactly what I was looking for delivery went smooth as well had a great experience

Five star the big guy with the big fluffy hair is so nice and patient willing to help you with anything and answer any questions you may have

Rent one is not a good place to get furniture or computers because they won't give you your money back when you're supposed to get a refund I suggest going to Aaron's instead of rent one

I love the way the table looks in kitchen but washer for some reason had to dry 3 times for them to be fully dried but I have to contact them over the dryer still but I would give them a 10 they work with u an try to keep there customers satisfied

Best renting place ever! They communicate great. When I go in to pay my bill everyone has greay customer service especially matt the manager. Ive gotten 2 livingroom sets and a kitchen table. Waiting to pay off so I can get something else 🙂

Low prices, they will work with almost anybody. Lots of good furniture & appliances on the floor always. Employees also are typically walking around with a smile & ready to help anybody out. If they don’t have something on site that you want they also will be able to get that item off to you in a very short time frame. Very well run store 👍🏼

Great service and very professional. They are always very helpful. They also delivered very quickly and the drivers were great.
