Customer service was amazing all around! Completely forgot the name of the woman at the counter, but she had our business from the moment we walked in the doors, she was the sweetest! All of my furniture arrived clean and in great condition as well! Special shout out to Trevor and Kevin for all of their hard work in delivering my furniture and getting it through my tight door frame. They were super friendly and very informative. 10/10, no notes. Give those boys a raise for sure!

Just want to say all of them at rent one are some of the greatest souls you'll ever meet.. They really do want to help you keep and pay off your items whatever they may be. And if they will help us out they will go that extra mile to prove that they do deserve a lot of Muskogee's business.. Just want to say thank again rent one, We won't go anywhere else. And ill let everyone that i know and don't know you need to come here bc they are the best at what they do.. 💯❤️

Just started renting with them they are absolutely amazing the fridge was brand new excellent condition, we needed one as soon as possible they were able to deliver it the next day despite having no room for us they made it to where we didn't lose any of our food.. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing furniture, appliances.. Great staff, Great people, Super satisfied!!

Love our new couch! Bigger and better than expected. Service was amazing as well as family friendly. Nice to be able to let my kids do them while they set up the couch. Trevor and Kevin were the best! 100% would and will recommend 👌
