BAD on COMMUNICATIONS. I've been have Problems ,Issue on a Oversized Power Recliner sense Nov.2023. Will I received a ph Clay came and another employee came to looked at the Recliner and it did had a Issue Problems. I stop by and check on the status on the Recliner that supposed to order. Will I found out I was not in their computer. Well I got the issue solved. I received a phone can Saturday February 3 2024. When I'm I going to make a payment. I'm not going to make a payment on a problem that they Never Solved. I told them to come and get the it. I Have Been Dealing with this problem issue sense NOV.2023 and now it's February 2024. Nothing done. Sence the stor moved to WV. It has not been the same. I brought something from them when they was is Covington Virginia I had No problems and No Issue. But they move to Ronceverte WV that's when the issue started. Clay needs a raise he is very professional. The others their needs to be RETRAINED and COMMUNICATE with each other. Until then .I take my business somewhere else. Get it together A + Rental

I would never purchase anything from here. There employees drive at speeds over 80 miles an hour cutting people off in traffic. The items inside the vehicle has to be damaged the way they are driving. Tried to call the number on the vehicle and when I told the story I got hang up on.

Do not buy nothing off them and they will not issue your Warranty Bought a TV for 3000 dollars, pay cash. Instead, do not have back in 7 to 8 months back dirty people 😒 🙄

Wonderful and friendly staff. We're buying a couch from them and it is beautiful. My husband and I love it. I plan on buying more things from them as soon as we pay off our couch. 10/10 highly recommend.

The customer service here is top notch, with friendly people ready to help with anything. I've been a customer here for years and would not hesitate to select them over other rent-to-own stores. The prices are good with highly flexible payment plans.

As far as purchasing my items that wasn't the bad part. The fact that I purchased a cooking stove and then a year later a refrigerator and both stopped working and they were both supposed to be new. They have me in the system but it doesn't even State what I had purchased which is crazy. I have called everything including corporate and all I get is I am sorry and they have nothing on record but my name or my husband's name rather and our number. kind of weird that they have that but nothing on record that I have purchased but I was told I was an excellent customer. Come to find out I have to replace my stove which I already purchased and now I have to replace my refrigerator because it was soderedsomewhere on the back where it wasn't supposed to be when I have got somebody to come and check on it. I'm sorry is a lot harder to swallow when you have to spend almost $1,300 to get two pieces of appliances to run your kitchen after you've already purchased them less than 3 years ago. Very unhappy with the service when it comes to that part if I knew they could not keep my information and I could not get someone on the phone to get something worked on or even looked at I would have never went through them for that. Easy to buy but hard to prove anything after a certain amount of time and also money wasted cuz I had to rebuy brand new again and they were supposed to be brand new in the first place. When you're hard up it isn't fair that you have to put out the money and still get screwed in the end very disappointed this does not help people in need of appliances I had paid four months on each of them with a plan to have two new items and both are already done for.I was told I was getting a call back still haven't heard anything else I'm tired of being on the phone every day constantly trying to figure out anything can't even get anybody to fix anything so now I'm out more money thank you a lot but I won't be back I promise.
