I do not recommend this company. I rented several things but had trouble with the dryer. When they finally showed up to fix it they didn’t bring any tools , and I let it go but then they refused to hook it back up and the manager actually blamed another employee! Which is unprofessional, he also thought it was ok to blame being short staffed for all the issues! And instead of trying to rectify the situation he basically didn’t give a crap on losing a consumer.

A really good place to purchase any kind of furniture or laundry sets. The staff is super nice and works with you.

We rented a house full of furniture from them. The washer did not work. We had to call for a replacement washer. Then, another week later, they bring what is sospossed to be the replacement washer. However, they did not bring us a washer. What they brought us was a dryer. So again, we are waiting on a working g washer. The third time around, they finally brought a working washer. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Kelli is amazing here she really cares for the customers she takes her time to go over everything woth the customer she is amazing!!!!! She went over everything i needed to know and was happy to help me she is so great !!!! She does a amazing job !!!!

Been dealing with this company for over 15 years.

I couldn’t ask for a better place to get things on payments I have bought from them for over two years paid multiple things off and so on. I lost my job not to long ago and just from having great history with them and never missing or being late on payments they gave me a month to try to work out funds and so on no one calling every day harassing me about it except maybe once over weeks and a half to just check in and make sure I wasn’t hiding from them best place in mt.sterling to get things granted I did have long good credit/history with them for them to do this but just shows they value good customers

Paid over $1000 for a couch from the south williamson ky location that i later discovered had bed bugs in it and they told me that because it was a full cash purchase there was nothing they could do about it. So definitely would not recommend buying any furniture from there cause now I'm out over $1000 and they won't replace it or give my money back.

Bought stuff here a few times and Eric always takes care of it. If you have any problems he is quick to fix it. This is the only place I’ll rent to own

The place was great when we did business there a few years ago we got a few things and paid them off. Yea they may hassle ya on the phone from time to time but they are just doing their jobs and the guys always worked with us if we was a little short here and there overall good experience.

I went in there yesterday to pay cash for an item an the lady that helped me kept saying we can match a payment that's what we usually do.well she was suppose to sell me the item not keep telling me she could match a payment if I wanted to do biweekly or ever how I would like to do it like to do it

I agree Eric is a very nice guy and goes above and beyond to help out his customers but by god if your 1 day late they are showing up at your door or ringing your phone. Hound you and charge you a late fee...

Unable to ever get them to answer the phone. The one time they did they picked up said leave a comment on line & hung up on me.Bought a dryer& still making payments. It stopped getting hot. The lady in the store stated she let me know if they can let me use another one while this one gets fixed. Lol Guess you won’t be getting another payment until you can decide.

Eric and all the guys at this location go above and beyond to make their customers happy. They have special ordered products for me. They always find what I need or want at reasonable prices.

These guys are amazing they will go above and beyond to help you with all your furniture and appliance needs!!

I don’t agree that it’s went down hill since Paulette, she was nice to me but so are the new guys. The main guy in the store even stayed late so they could bring my nephew furniture. I would recommend them to anyone
