Wonderful place. Wonderful employees to help a customer. I told them what I wanted and they helped me find the perfect one. Thank you guys and ladies.
Staff at this particular store has always been rude. Or at least the last 2 managers. They act like they care but the bottom line is they do not. Its all about their bottom line. As long as they get their cash they dont care. I was told by the assistant manager one amount for pay off. A different one when I got there to pay off. I was told by assistant manager id be able to rent again in the future from them. Manager said I was banned from renting from them for life despite the fact that I just paid off the product and I was only delayed by 2 months in doing so. Im like really wow. Even though they knew the situation and I do not even have the product.

New management is a peach to work with, last guy had me ready to pack up and take my business elsewhere which is unfortunate as I’ve been a loyal customer to this place for years! In love with the couch they were able to secure for me, and they got me the best deal they could find on it!

Love this place! Did business with Ace Rent to Own years ago. Bought all of my household furniture from them in the 90's. Great products! Professional, courteous and down to earth staff back then (in a different state, altogether) and the same kind of people in this company in this store, now! Look forward to a great business relationship with them, and will definitely recommend to my family, friends, co-workers, or anyone in need of renting just about anything! Shout out to Jody at the Council Bluffs store on Broadway for her knowledgeable and rapid response to getting me a washer and dryer very quickly! Will definitely be purchasing other items in the future!
