The staff was very Informative and helpful, I walked in total.What I wanted and I walked out in less than an hour!!
Marquel is probably one the most disrespectful and inefficient people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Once my account is paid off, I will never spend another dime here.
If I could give a zero I would. Dean seemed at first very friendly kind and welcoming. Than when we got a Lil behind and trying to work it out Dean became very extremely disrespectful. So did the corporate (Jimmy) was just as rude. When I didn't allow them to bully me and talking to them how they talked to me, im all the suddenly in the wrong. This happened a few times in a case of 2 years. At one point they call my partner and I more than 2 times a day to the point not only they were bulling us but harassing us too. When I tried to explain I understand they were doing their job Dean had no remorse to human kind, as I'll put it. When I had them hold something they sold it underneath me after they promised it wouldnt happened, I would not recommend to go hear but instead would tell you to run the other way and go to a different ace in town.
It went good, they were respectful and welcoming. It was my first time doing it and it went by fast and they helped me understand what was going on.
The staff was absolutely wonderful ❤️ I can't wait to our new furniture and to do business with them again in the future!
Friendly staff that provide great customer service. I don't feel like a stranger when I walk into the store to do busses.

They are very nice and worked with me. I always got a courtesy call when my account was due, just so I didn't overlook it! Thank you Ace- Rent- To- Own for helping me when I needed you the most!
The store Manager Dean he is great,always friendly and helpful. He is the reason I keep coming back!!! And the rest of the staff are excellent at what they do.
