Fast friendly helpful even tho I showed up on a a Saturday on valentine's day the last 50 mins of store operation .. I had my furniture the following Monday on time. 5 star from me

Thank you to the staff. They help us get the products we needed and made it a friendly experience. We really don’t like to a rent to own but in the time of need ace made us feel comfortable with no hidden agendas. Thank you guys!
My sister Bria and I were in a bad situation where our old couch wouldn’t fit up our new stairwell. ACE RENT TO OWN—-and NATE the manager came to our rescue. We have a new apartment full of beautiful furniture from them. We are so happy and impressed how Nate and his crew treated us like royalty 🫅 🫅. THANK YOU, NATE AND THE ACE RENT TO OWN CREW!!! Before I get into the meat of my gripe, I want to say that the staff that I have worked with are great. Katrina and Travis are great and professional. If you have issues with their collection methods, keep up with your stuff, and take accountability. Now onto a phone call I made regarding an item I rented from this establishment. I recently rented an iMac. Under the impression that it was newer (2019 new). So there's that. I called due to the keyboard and mouse not having the keys necessary to fully utilize the iMac's features. I currently have a generic Windows style keyboard. I called to express this to the staff and they consulted with the manager Nate about this. His response? "I don't know what to tell you, that's what it came with". Not really what you want to hear. Once again! The staff I have worked with are great!! Upfront and blunt, and at the same time professional and understanding. Maybe the store manager can take a page from their book. I have had my ups and downs with these folks and they have worked with me the best they can. Stay in contact and work with them. Staff is great, Management needs some work. Service is great, product works fine, for the most part.
