Customer reviews
I am deeply disappointed in Arona. I have worked with Arona successfully in years past, however, they sent a broken e-bike to my son expecting us to pay for damaged merchandise. They reported they hadn’t checked it out before issuing it out. Come on, Arona, DO BETTER!!! BBB STANDARDS? I think not!
Brandy took care of me; she is incredibly friendly and helpful, and she did everything possible to ensure I left happy. 100% recommended.
Customer service is top notch. Brandy is always helpful
It took time and they were fairly helpful. The one item I tried to get didn't work out so they gave me a better deal and I got an added item free. It took time, but it worked out nicely!!! Thanks another, Arona!!!!!
Friendly staff very knowledgeable and helpful, The manager was great funny helpful and very socialable
Brandy is truly the best! Her time and dedication to helping us find exactly what we were looking for was greatly appreciated. 😄
