I love my furniture from Arona I'm very happy I choose Arona for 3years buying from them .thank you.

They are a great company. They helped me get a bed BEFORE I moved and that is great of them. I'd been asking about a Switch 2 that when when they finally got them i was one of the first people called. The reason for the 3 🌟 is because I want to switch out my 2 full size mattresses for a king and they won't do that. I get it, and it was my own fault for not realizing the size of my room, but still, it's frustrating.

Yes, I’ve been I’ve been with Aaron us a long time and me as a customer. I think I deserve something special because everything in my house. Everything I get I pay it off and I don’t get no recognition of nothing so Juan, you said you was gonna talk to someone because I spend a lot of money and yeah I’ll never took nothing for me. Everything I pay off everything Look I’m down to things and I just got another. It should be something they can do for me.

Friendly people great customer service will work with you on the price to keep in budget and if there something you need or want and they don’t have it they will get it for you and they will work with you on the payments.

I first encountered Gi Gi who was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. She helped me to understand everything that Arona expected of me i.e. payments etc. She was very patient. No small task The men who delivered the television were supportive and helped me in trying to understand what was going on. They were also very patient. All in all Arona was very professional and reliable

They have been amazing in every step of trying to find furniture I love! They are always polite when speaking to them in person or in the phone. They also work with me if I need to make a payment a few days late and never are rude about it.

I had great experience today with Tony and his Team at arona I went in today looking for a washer and they were very helpful They also were able to deliver today thanks againTony we will definitely keep shoppingwith u guys

I have always had a wonderful experience here. The entire staff and Tony are all great and willing to go the extra mile. As for some of the very few negative comments I see on here I just want to say as long as you take care of your business and communicate they will always work with you. My family and I have been customers for years.

Paid $25 online for a table that I didn’t get they said 5 to 7 business days it been 2 weeks have not got my refund back

They’re amazing! I don’t get items through rent places most of the time but they are friendly and down to earth! My go to place for my couch and bed. They helped me with the price. And because I kept a good history from one in Kentucky they have helped me here too! Thank ya’ll!

If I could give no stars I would. They are very unprofessional. They will call and harass you for a payment that’s due two weeks away. Don’t pay with a credit card, they save the information WITHOUT your consent and say they don’t know who saved it. This location was originally located in Tamarac. I went to make a payment and the store was completely empty and locked. No one called customers to say that they were moving locations to North Miami. I have been mailing my payments and paying online. I had a early buyout and mailed my payment to the store. The “account manager” John and other employees have been calling nonstop and even sent someone to my house. I spoke to John on Thursday 7/23/26 and informed him of the person who was sent to my home and harassed my daughter about my payment to which John stated that he did send anyone and that my account was paid off just for John to call me today 7/25/26 and said that I have a balance due and that I needed to speak to the manager on Monday. Don’t do business with them.

Very bad customer service and communication. Messed up my order multiple times on their end via communication and have offered no remedies to make it right. Will gladly take your money with nothing signed and no products provided. What a scam. Manager just hides in the back and can’t communicate her mess ups. If you’re going to be the face of the business act like it and be willing to work with customers that have done everything right on their end.
