I had a truly outstanding experience with this company, and I want to personally recognize Corey, the manager, for the exceptional service he provided. From the moment I arrived, Corey made sure everything was handled professionally and efficiently. He was welcoming, respectful, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. What really impressed me was Corey’s leadership and dedication to customer satisfaction. As a manager, he didn’t just supervise—he actively made sure customers were taken care of and that everything was running perfectly. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and that all my questions were answered. It’s rare to see a manager who is so hands-on, professional, and genuinely committed to great service. Corey is clearly a huge asset to this company, and his leadership reflects very positively on the entire team. Because of my experience with him, I would absolutely recommend this company to others.

Wish I could give 0 stars unprofessional nothing but run arounds then told the day of delivery I’m not qualified because my reference did not answer?? Huh?? And get some people who speak English everyone sounds like they don’t known anything and comprehend anything waste of time go elsewhere!!
So far so good! Waiting for delivery tomorrow! Everybody was very nice! Well the delivery then showed up with the chair and I instantly looked at it and it looked horrible it was filthy dirty and I asked him is that a used chair and he said yes which I was never told because I don't want a used chair and he put the young lady who sold it to me on speakerphone and she bear face lied and said she did tell me it was used and she did not because I never would have accepted that so I told them to take it back. The two delivery guys were great and I felt bad for them after they hauled it in and then had to take it back out but they were very professional and did an awesome job as far as the salesperson she lied for a sale so I won't be using your business again
I had a great experience in the store with Korey, he made sure I found the product that I love, and answered all my questions. It’s a pretty straightforward process to get you what you need and get you going. I have gotten some great items for really good deals over the years and they last. Just make your payments on time and pay ahead of schedule if you can so that you can get your item paid off.
I enjoy arona immensely Alexa and Betty are two very sweet people Alexis always waited on me taking very good care of me I really really like her a lot in fact I don't go to nobody else but her to buy something

I do not have my furniture yet it was to be delivered Monday after 3 but when it was not here be 5:30 pm I had to call the store and find out what was going on I was informed by Marco I was told that due to unforeseen circumstances it would not be delivered as promised I told him I wanted it delivered Tuesday right away I was told it wouldn’t be here till Wednesday I told him that this was unacceptable and I was not happy and if was the case on Monday why did they not call to inform me I had to call this is a breach of a promise if this is the way business is done hire more people to get the job done NOT HAPPY AT ALL get corrected as soon as possible….Thats all I have to say on this.
Kory was very helpful and up front about everything cost wise full term explained 6mo same as cash explained. Very accommodating. I got what I wanted when I got there and left with more than I knew I wanted when I left there. I love my chair I hope my son and his girl love their bed and my bed is next . Good quality merchandise upfront friendly service on-time delivery five stars. Thank you
The staff is amazing! From the sales staff to the delivery staff we were treated like family. They went out of their way to help us find the perfect sectional for our new apartment and gave us affordable payments so we could buy our dream sectional. We will absolutely rent to own more in the future

Called purchased electric dryer picked out the one I wanted. New , employee courtesy was very good. Took few minutes for paper work and was delivered ,set up when time was set. Thank you

I love Arona I been dealing with them they are fantastic and work with you on anything that you want in the store I appreciate Mrs.Olivia she is one understanding manager that helps people and makes sure you get the merchandise that she sees fit for whoever comes in the store My experience with her is amazing and I been dealing with her when Arona first open up she treats customers like family.

The whole team at Mt. Pleasant Arona is amazing. They’re easy to work with, friendly, and great at helping you find what you need within your budget. They helped open doors to ownership for me that I may have never had otherwise. The next time I finance anything I know exactly where to go and I highly recommend them! Special shout out to the moving guys too who move the furniture you’re financing if you move homes. Definitely made our move much smoother :)
