They’re amazing! I don’t get items through rent places most of the time but they are friendly and down to earth! My go to place for my couch and bed. They helped me with the price. And because I kept a good history from one in Kentucky they have helped me here too! Thank ya’ll!

Purchase a two-piece couch set from them the first couch that they showed me .was the one that I wanted and they sold it to me. right before my delivery date one of the sales persons call me and told me that they had already sold that particular couch sets .then show me another one for a cheaper price after I had already paid for the first one .they were supposed to give me a refund for the remainder of the amount for the first couch set but having returned the money I've been in contact with the store for a while and haven't heard anything but they need to talk to their regional manager ! this is bad customer service because number one you should check your inventory to make sure you know what is sold or not sold . your customer wouldn't be paying extra money! And return the money that is due to your customers! other than that I think the couch set that I purchased is beautiful except for a few scuffs

I just had a washer and dryer delivered and the guys get here and say, we don't provide the dryer hose you have to purchase that yourself. Okay. Cool no problem, the sales representative never told me this, which is not okay. You should be providing all of the terms and conditions of purchases. I called during the delivery to speak with the GM, Antwan to express concern, I could here him in the background saying he wasn't coming to the phone and he would call back. Needless to say, he never called back which is also not a reflection of good customer service. Do better! I personally would not refer anyone to this office.

Well I know I had a swap out today and I got injured at work last night and I was demanded a Dr office visit before I got back and I was told that I needed to be present when the swap was suppose to happen in which nobody knows when. So now I got to wait for this swap and miss work tomorrow 1 ⭐

We ordered a laptop from them . They made us make the first payment of $130 and then denied us and refused to give us back our money! Said it was going to be a credit on our account which is bullshit because I will never purchase anything from them again. They did not let us know ahead of time that this was their policy if it even is their policy . I have disputed this with my bank and if it does not get resolved that way I'm seeking an attorney because this is fraudulent and they will be paying me a lot more than $130!

Has called me multiple times while at work, during the holidays, and more for money even though they constantly everyday are taking money out of my account. Calls me to ask for more money. I would not recommend this place at all. They scam you. Employees are not friendly, and have zero work ethic. Took 1 whole month and multiple rescheduling to even deliver anything. 0/10 would not recommend.
