The drivers are nice, however this is absolutely ridiculous! I moved and the hook up is a little high instead of them supplying it to be right they left it in my house and told me to do it. So 0 stars if I could.!

Missed two payment cause my son was in PICU and they called so many times a day even when they were close they called .. and the man that was on the phone sound aggressive

New to the area decided to rent till I found a permanent house. Ordered an electric washer and dryer to be delivered a week later on Saturday as it is the only day I am off. After speaking with and confirming with people in store on the phone only to find out I received an electric washer and gas dryer and they would ‘have to see if they can find’ an electric dryer to be delivered the next Saturday. Disappointed, I only hope they don’t charge me for this weeks rental with me not being able to use it till next week. Also finding out they do NOT hook up dryers and do not supply dryer hoses. I will have to supply my own hose.. delivery guys are very pleasant and helpful but store management and organization could definitely use some work.

0 stars very poor communication I can't believe this tt one of the head guys won't say names but stuff was to be picked up but kept taking the payment and this is after my auto pay was Un enrolled will never be back try Arona there great
