Pay $10 to reserve my item and the system told me I was supposed to wait for a store associate to get in contact with me and it's been about a week and nobody did so you guys suck , and I will never be using you again and I do not recommend this for anybody else either

I have been doing business with rent a center for years now, and have always been treated with respect and courtesy, and the managers and employees have always been willing to go the extra mile to help you. I would highly recommend this rental store to everyone .

When I first started renting from them and it was great service it has went down here majorly sense. They tell you one thing and then do something completely different. Will not be returning to keep doing service with them after this past experience that I had with them.

I'm very happy about my purchase from rent of center. I was supposed to get my TV yesterday July 11th but when they delivered it and they took it out of the box it was broken. The very next day they replaced my 65 "inch tv. I'm very happy with this rental. Thank you so much.
