The person helping me was not able to figure out how to order something that I found on your site that was not in the store. I had to do the order myself. I ordered and paid the first payment then found out you couldn't find my order. I requested a refund and I still don't have it.

Just called because the new guy Keyshawn messed up processing my fee on Saturday. So instead of speaking to a manager, the manager told the person on the phone I’m pretty much screwed and have to make a double payment now cause they don’t train well lol. So yeah if you have another option, don’t come here

I normally don’t complain, but this is the worst RAC experience I have ever had. I am moving and got a new couch so I wouldn’t have to make payments anymore. I would like for the couch I have had through them to be returned and picked up I have called a total of 5 times in a 3-4 week period to get a pick up date. I’ve gotten one, but they couldn’t pick it up because of heat. Okay that’s okay I understood they told me they would call and set up another time. I had to call! And every time I call I get the same response I have to wait for my manager and she isn’t here. They always say I will make a note and let her know. I have not received any calls from them especially when they have told me they were going to call back, I have always been the one to call. Getting the couch a breeze sending it back impossible.

I had to fill out new paperwork when I went into lease my stuff and I updated my phone number and my address. Neither of those things were updated in the system and so I have still not received a phone call about my stuff arriving. Two weeks ago I called and told them to cancel the order because I hadn’t heard anything from them and they told me I would be given a cash refund and they would call me when the refund was ready. It has been two weeks and I have heard nothing from the store.

Best place for rent to own. It’s personal an professional. The staff is always accommodating an will look high an low for the products that you want to rent. I love having autopay so I don’t have to make my way every week to the store, even though they’re so nice an always have candy!! They deliver to my door an set up, an will get you service asap when something is broke. All an all never had issues with rent a center they’re awesome!
