Chuck has terrible customer service! They don’t work with you even with ONE missed payment! Then I got a txt msg stating a sheriff would be at my job. I have been a customer for over a yr PAYING FAITHFULLY!!! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
They were able to get us approved and on our way in minutes! Walking into the store we were met with positive attitudes. Not a moment that we werent laughing and feeling welcome. Prices and products are OUTSTANDING!
Very bad customer service and communication. Messed up my order multiple times on their end via communication and have offered no remedies to make it right. Will gladly take your money with nothing signed and no products provided. What a scam. Manager just hides in the back and can’t communicate her mess ups. If you’re going to be the face of the business act like it and be willing to work with customers that have done everything right on their end.
Marley is great. She’s patient and understands my paydays. Today kind of upset me though. They tried running my card 2xs while I was sleeping. Hadn’t even gotten my check yet. They called me this morning and I was still sleeping due to working a late shift. Then proceeded to call me on private. Really blocked their number for me to answer my phone. Never have gone a month without paying. I always call and make my payment. No need to block your damn number to call..
If i could give no stars I would. i received personal threats from the manager there from her phone number. My septic has backed up and we are going through alot. Sending threats from a personal phone to customer makes me want to throw everything out and not give two craps. garbage company. fake and scammy. cant get in touch with anyone higher up.
10/10 Recommend buying furniture from them! Hugeee s/o to chuck for making the experience memorable and being so helpful! We were able to get a new set for a reasonable price and he even went out of his way to help move the furniture inside for us! The staff was so nice and friendly, the environment was amazing, and the product itself will last us a very long time. So again thank you to arona staff we appreciate you guys!
I've been renting for couple years now. Loved the items and payments. Everyone was friendly and professional. Until couple months back. When an employee did not remove my card and processed my payment without permission. Said I was coming in to make the payment because wasnt on the card. It resulted in them getting their money but I was $2.78 short on the card thats y I said id be in to pay cash. It cost me $30 overdraft at my bank. I've never been late or avoided them for any reason. I've paid thousands of dollars to them. Very good customer. I called to make payment to day and was told it was a card service fee now too. Started in Jan. But last 3 weeks never had the fee. I have less that 350 on my item. It will be paid off next month and I will NEVER rent here again. I recommend Rent A Center. They have great prices and very flexible. My husband has been with them for 2 years. We have paid off several items thru them. Arona is a fraud. They do not care about their customers. I've asked for a number to speak to owner or corporate and they refuse to tell me. DO NOT RENT HERE. Its good in beginning but towards end of contract they do alot of bullshit. Unprofessional at the end. Only one with respect and professionalism is Robert. He gets 5 stars everyone else get a -5.
