I bought a bedroom set from Rent-a-Center located on La Porte Rd in Waterloo Iowa that was infested with bed bugs be careful when buying from them.If i could give them -100 stars i would bad costumer service, bad communication overall bad experienceš¢Me being a cancer patient did not matter at all to them. Slept on floor for months and at end was tricked by their insuranceā¦. Be Careful when buying from them
This is a great store, and the employees are so awesome. I had an issue with a bed frame i didn't see any way possible they would be able to change the frame from twin to make the extra large mattress , fit the bed. They were very patient courteous and knowledgeable about their work.This is the best store with the best managers and employees.Thank you i'm very appreciative

I have done business with this place on multiple occasions. Got a couch that was overpriced and used and still paid $2500 for it. Got a tv and paid over $2000 for it. Paid both of those off and I signed up for a new washer and dryer got approved online and paid what I need to pay. Now with this being said there was a 50% off deal so instead of me paying $4000 I can get this washer and dryer set for $2400. I order on the weekend and they took my money. I call to get an update and they tell me I do not qualify? How is that so you made $5000 off me already? Money hungry business. Canāt stand by there online deals. Poor management. When it comes to the customer getting deal the company is not there to helpā¦ will never return and will contact higher management
