Absolutely horrible!!!! Placed order online. 2 days later still no response. Called the store in morning said they needed to find my order but my item was there. Still didn't call me back. Call back in the afternoon now item is not available. Told me needed to order. I said Ok. Then he doesn't want to do it. Tries to sell me something that is 2.5x as much. Asked for refund gave me an attitude and said he can't process refunds and I need to ",Use the email you ordered" Whatever that means. I did try to email back at the Email I got my receipt from but no response. These people are lazy, lying, losers. Take your business to Aarons or Rent a Center. This company is garbage.

The first time I bought an Ashley bedroom set with ΔΊamps, a small wooden round table, a large leather stool, and a standing mirror that also holds jewelry. The second time I bought a beige Michael Kors purse. The third time a huge black mirror wooden closet to store my clothes. Finally, now I am in the process of making my fourth purchase from them. I am very happy with all the things that I have decided to purchase. The deliveries are always prompt. The customer service is always excellent. The credit is always adequate and complete. In the future I will always be looking forward to more purchases because it is always a pleasure to be purchasing for all of my needs at Arona Home Essentials in Hialeah, Florida.
