This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They charged my card before I was even approved. After taking my money, they told me my order would be delivered. On the scheduled delivery day, I called at least five times to check on my order. They finally answered around 4:00 PM and assured me that my delivery was already on the way. I waited until 9:00 PM, and nothing ever arrived. The following day, I called at least ten times and sent multiple WhatsApp messages. I was completely ignored. My husband finally called, and they answered on his third attempt only to tell him that I had not been approved because I was missing documents. If I wasn’t approved, why did they charge me? Why did they tell me my order was out for delivery when it clearly wasn’t? Since that day, they have been promising me a refund. It has now been three weeks, and I still haven’t received a single dollar. Every time I call or message them, they either ignore me or answer with a rude attitude. The only thing they keep saying is, “Your refund will arrive this week.” I’ve heard that same excuse every week, and nothing has happened. The manager is never available. Every single time I ask to speak with them, I’m told they’re either unavailable or “at lunch.” There is never any accountability. This company is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely irresponsible. They took my money, failed to deliver the product, ignored my calls and messages, and have continued delaying my refund for weeks. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Everything went wonderfully! Our delivery driver, Alejandro, was extremely professional and attentive. He made sure everything was set up properly and took the extra time to ask how I wanted each item placed. His attention to detail truly made the experience great.

Don’t come here if you’re not Hispanic. I came in to take advantage of A special they have going on where you pay $0 down until February. I picked the bed set and couch I wanted just for the manager to tell me he doesn’t want to put them both on the same agreement. At first he tried to tell me he couldn’t do that, that this was going to cause issues in the system. So I decided to look further into the promotion and check the details. On the website it says nothing about excluding items or bundling products. When I brought this to the managers attention he just flat out said “I need to be able to make A sale so you can put $50 down on the bed now and the couch will be free until February. That’s not the same deal he’s pitching to everyone else who does Abla espanyol. So rule of thumb in Hialeah, if no one speaks English in the store you probably should go on because there’s no one there to service you.

The people that work there are rude and don’t know how to communicate with you especially some employee called Alejandro. This will be the last purchase I make from this store. Harrassment is not even the proper word for this store. When it comes to pending payments they will blow up your phone consistently non stop. At times they have even charged my card without permission. Customer service sucks. The only person I would deal with is victor. When I have issues I communicate with him and he’s somewhat understanding .
