HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE MANAGER ATTITUDE IS HORRIBLEEEEEE!!!!!!! I was charged 3 weeks for items i never received ! No refund nothing jus attitude and a million calls a day

My experience with Coralina, the manager at this Rent-A-Center location, has been completely unacceptable and unprofessional. She repeatedly called my phone after business hours and attempted to process payments on cards I have on file without my authorization. When I clearly told her to stop contacting me by phone and to communicate in writing only, she hung up on me. She disabled my online account access without explanation. After I contacted corporate to file a complaint, my account was suddenly unlocked — which raises serious concerns about how accounts are being handled. She also made a false claim that she was at my home to collect payment or retrieve items, which was not true. I was home at the time. Making false statements to intimidate customers is completely inappropriate. I requested a transfer to another store due to this behavior, and nothing has been done. Customers should not be subjected to harassment, scare tactics, or unauthorized payment attempts. This situation needs serious review by corporate leadership.

Worst service ever, this place is supposed to be open at 10 AM. Been waiting for over 30 minutes and the employee ( white tall guy black hair, black gucci belt) tells us that they will do a meeting before opening and it might take some time. It’s 10:15 AM and the meeting is still going on, the business still has their doors locked to the public. At this rate im sure you will go bankrupt soon

A few days ago, I left a negative review of this store due to the service I received. After being served by Yamel, who identified himself as the manager, I would like to state that he was very kind in his treatment of me and managed to resolve the issue. I hope anyone who has a misunderstanding with them receives the same attention from this person.

I was speaking to Carolina the store manager. Everything was going smoothly at first until I called back after looking to book a power lift recliner I told her I had to look for my card and would call back. I call back the first time and get hung up on. I assumed it was an error so I call back again and she immediately starts yelling at me telling me that she told me she would call me back that she was busy on another phone call which she never informed me about since she purposefully hung up on me the first time. Horrible customer service. I would advise you to take your money elsewhere. So rude. How can the manager of a store act this way. I’m not one to write reviews but this was necessary. I am highly disappointed.
