Everything went wonderfully! Our delivery driver, Alejandro, was extremely professional and attentive. He made sure everything was set up properly and took the extra time to ask how I wanted each item placed. His attention to detail truly made the experience great.

Don’t come here if you’re not Hispanic. I came in to take advantage of A special they have going on where you pay $0 down until February. I picked the bed set and couch I wanted just for the manager to tell me he doesn’t want to put them both on the same agreement. At first he tried to tell me he couldn’t do that, that this was going to cause issues in the system. So I decided to look further into the promotion and check the details. On the website it says nothing about excluding items or bundling products. When I brought this to the managers attention he just flat out said “I need to be able to make A sale so you can put $50 down on the bed now and the couch will be free until February. That’s not the same deal he’s pitching to everyone else who does Abla espanyol. So rule of thumb in Hialeah, if no one speaks English in the store you probably should go on because there’s no one there to service you.

I’ve purchased twice from them. I prefer dealing with the manager victor most times, better communication. The people that work there are rude and don’t know how to communicate with you especially some employee called Alejandro. This will be the last purchase I make from this store. Harrassment is not even the proper word for this store. When it comes to pending payments they will blow up your phone consistently non stop. At times they have even charged my card without permission. Customer service sucks. The only person I would deal with is victor. When I have issues I communicate with him and he’s somewhat understanding .
