Typically buying furniture is a chore, I had the best experience at Arona! My sales representative Autumn made it fun and easy. The whole process was super smooth from the transaction to delivery. I've been with Arona for over 10 years. They've always been professional, courteous & extremely helpful. I moved to Saginaw & they kept us as a customer instead of transferring us to Saginaw. Erica (before her promotion), Nick, Autumn & Scott have been our go to people. They're very understanding with payments & budget friendly. Highly recommend. They deserve more than 5 stars!

Five stars is no where near enough for this store.The staff at this location goes above and beyond when it comes to helping in any way they can. I have never had such a great experience before I started shopping at Arona this store is full of great staff and I highly recommend people pay them a visit. You guys are amazing.
Trying to charge anyone $1900 for a computer worth maybe $300 is literal insanity. "Pay in full to pay half price" is still insanity. I get that people Are entitled to their own choices and these sorts of businesses exist for a reason, however, this type of thievery should be illegal. ($159 is the monthly payment for 12 months)

I will give the gentle man that sold me the furniture was good. But the men that delivered my furniture were rude and didn't even ask my husband how we wanted to furniture. My husband has heart problems so he has a hard time doing things. They had to del 2 different sets of furniture because I did not like the first set delivered. I was home that day and they were so nice too me. They asked me several times how I wanted the furniture. So they did put it the way I wanted it. And they were very angry because the had to due this 2. I don't know if I will tell anyone about this place
