Arona

I love arona in neosho mo. I have had no problems with payment arrangements when needed. I have bought and paid off a freezer, refrigerator, stove and washer and dryer. I still have a portable dishwasher, lawnmower, two game systems, and a new freezer as my other one went out and it was a deep freezer and not a tall one. I am getting furniture tomorrow. The guys there are always courteous and I haven't had any complaints. They go above and beyond.

I’ve thought about it and thought about it and I wasn’t going to leave a review but the more I thought about how we were treated I decided to so here goes. We have rented from Arona for almost 2 1/2 years and we almost had a few things paid off and they decide that they needed to come get the stuff but yet when we owed a lot on the stuff they were willing to work with us and help. It just doesn’t make sense how you’re a customer for as long as we were almost had our stuff paid off that we had been paying and paying and they pick it up. So my advice to everyone if you can keep from it if at all possible don’t do rent to own because you get screwed and it eats up your money and in the end you lose because they feel like they have to be the big tough company and take your stuff back I will never do business with Arona again. No wonder Aaron left and went on their own. Oh and one of the managers back in the day ran our debit card without permission.

I love Arona’s! I bought a stove and fridge for my daughter & son in law . I guess the grease had gotten in the mother board and my daughter love the loaner. They contacted me first before they done anything . I’m please with Arona for this reason . They are always pleasant and very friendly . Treats me as family not a $ sign . 😊

Very poor service. I tried to order something online. It used a code for 100 off no down payment. When the coupon said online or in the store. They didn't honor any word. Then I called the monett mo store and dealing with Sam. She was nice at first she sent me my paperwork and I feel it out . When she called my personal references she was asking them about how I pay my bills and things. When none of those questions were on the paperwork that they ask the references . Then I called Sam back and she lied and said she never asked such questions. It was my first time I was going to do business with them . But I don't think I would want to do business with a bunch of employees that lie .

Called purchased electric dryer picked out the one I wanted. New , employee courtesy was very good. Took few minutes for paper work and was delivered ,set up when time was set. Thank you

Zack and Jonathan were awesome to work with. They kept everything light, simple, and easy to understand from start to finish. No pressure at all, just good vibes and great customer service. Honestly, their prices were way more competitive than anyone else around, which made the decision easy. I ended up walking out with a PS5 Pro and couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend stopping in and talking to them if you’re looking for a great deal.

Krystal i believe is the one who helped me, she was awesome! Explained every detail, Got the dryer an there was a few small issues but I called Jason an he had me fixed up an apologized!
