Very poor service. I tried to order something online. It used a code for 100 off no down payment. When the coupon said online or in the store. They didn't honor any word. Then I called the monett mo store and dealing with Sam. She was nice at first she sent me my paperwork and I feel it out . When she called my personal references she was asking them about how I pay my bills and things. When none of those questions were on the paperwork that they ask the references . Then I called Sam back and she lied and said she never asked such questions. It was my first time I was going to do business with them . But I don't think I would want to do business with a bunch of employees that lie .

Called purchased electric dryer picked out the one I wanted. New , employee courtesy was very good. Took few minutes for paper work and was delivered ,set up when time was set. Thank you

Zack and Jonathan were awesome to work with. They kept everything light, simple, and easy to understand from start to finish. No pressure at all, just good vibes and great customer service. Honestly, their prices were way more competitive than anyone else around, which made the decision easy. I ended up walking out with a PS5 Pro and couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend stopping in and talking to them if you’re looking for a great deal.

Krystal i believe is the one who helped me, she was awesome! Explained every detail, Got the dryer an there was a few small issues but I called Jason an he had me fixed up an apologized!

I've been with the Arona, actually was Arron's! 2005! up till nowit's Arona now! I've been with the store for a long time and they've always been good to me I appreciate Jason, Jonathan and Zac! they're awesome guys they always work with me they're always helping me you couldn't ask for a good managers and assistant managers I appreciate them guys so very much! Ive spent alot of Money at there store! When it was Arrons an Now Arona! Payed off everything ive rented from there! Awesome Store! Thank you Guys! I recommend Arona! Melinda Murray! 👌
