They are a great company. They helped me get a bed BEFORE I moved and that is great of them. I'd been asking about a Switch 2 that when when they finally got them i was one of the first people called. The reason for the 3 🌟 is because I want to switch out my 2 full size mattresses for a king and they won't do that. I get it, and it was my own fault for not realizing the size of my room, but still, it's frustrating.
Perfect I go in was having a stressful situation and Ken took great care of me and helped me get what I was needing and answer all the questions I had. Now this is not my first time there let's just say they have a file cabinet drawer that is mine alone with no problems. Arona is always my first choice.
The process was easy and the service was outstanding. Tiffany and Ken were amazing and made the experience of rent to owning my washer and dryer a pleasant and rewarding one.
Excellent customer service! The GM Ken is the best! I even received a call after hours to make sure the delivery went smoothly since I was squeezed in at the end of a route for the day. I would recommend this place to anyone needing short or long term appliance rental but they offer other items as well and do rent to own!
Really helped me out of a tough situation when my washing machine died. Approved, delivered, installed and removed the old machine within 48 hours. Kim was great to work with.

Gave accommodation to, not only, my preferred method of communication but payment flexibility to fit my needs. Maintaining professionalism, level of service & understanding while my twin toddlers were absolutely chaotic is what I appreciated most.
