They came out right away when I needed something. They are always friendly and willing to help and work with you. I would recommend them to anybody.
Incredible experience, working with Dylan and Chris, super understanding and fantastic prices. Latest equipment and massive selection to choose from. I highly recommend doing business with them.
Its a good store and they have some good employees. Some prices are high, they dont get back to you right away and they dont stand behind what they say.
Not a customer, but reference to someone who rents through them. They have come to my place of residence twice (my address is only listed under reference not of customers address as they delivered to customers real address) and called numerous times to spread information about the person I am referenced under. Will tell you said person lied to try to get more information. Will threaten said person who rents from them in front of you with "how the law works" and the customer doesn't even live with me. The customer is not me, yet I get harassed because they can't get ahold of the customer. I was only ever supposed to be a reference. Nothing more. I've never rented from them and never will after the stress Dylan and Chris has put me through. If you plan on renting from them just know they will lie their way to get information from your references and will harass your references if for any reason you are late. (Yes, I've learned not to be a reference anymore for said person.) I should have not had to deal with anything on this person, other than to relay a message if needed or to answer beginning of the rental questions (YES OR NO QUESTIONS) in which personal information shouldn't be talked about other than to customer.

Love the people who work there especially Victor he is very helpful and will work with you on what you need or want will recommend and go back
As long as Victor is the manager of the store I wouldn’t recommend this business to my family. Only reason why I’m giving them a three star is because Dylan the assistant manager was extremely professional. I would talk to Dylan to take care of my account and Victor would go behind his back and completely screw everything up, did so on multiple occasions. If it wasn’t for Dylan’s professionalism this post would’ve gotten one star.
