The salesman was very nice, other than that I am not happy with the tv. The tv was supposed to be all reset and ready to go I even asked a few times if it was. When I got it home the tv still had someone else’s streaming services installed and their profile. I had mess around with it to try to get it reset and the television still is not working correctly. Will be returning it very soon.

I've been buying furniture from the rent a center what ever company owns the one and only store in Sault Ste Marie Michigan for over 35 years. The staff and delivery team have ALWAYS been excellent. I'm a retired corporate manager and know excellent customer service when I'm on the receiving end. I would like to make sure they ALL are recognized! Thank you for a life time of excellent service!

We purchased a pre-owned couch and a brand new refrigerator from Arona! Katie was amazing to work with! She was able to find us the best deal and provide excellent service! Everyone at Arona is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend going to Arona to shop locally before going to bigger stores as somethings they can price match!
