I have been going through Arona for 2 years and I have never had a problem with them. They’re always so helpful in finding just what I need. Also, if I am struggling on payments they work with me as long as I pay.
My old fridge kicked the bucket unexpectedly last weekend and Tonya @ salamanca Arona hooked me up immediately! They were getting ready to close but I actually got super lucky as they only had one fridge available and Ronnie and Shaun (who offered to help with delivery - the very next day!)brought the new fridge to my home in Allegany! They did a great job and were quick and very professional and they removed my old fridge for me as well, and took it to dispose of! I'm super happy with my new fridge and I have affordable bi weekly payments to get me to ownership! Not to mention I'm a returning customer and I got my first month of payments free! Thank you Tonya, Shaun and Ronnie and Arona Home Essentials for coming to my rescue! 🥰
Tanya, Matt and John where amazing, Tanya made it so easy and fun to pick out the furniture i needed. She was so fun to work with and so amazingly friendly I have a life long friend now so thank you Tanya Matt and John are awesome guys the where so respectful. They put all my furniture where I wanted it. They set up our beds and put them the way we wanted them. I just love those guys so much thank you both so much. OH Tanya I'm coming back I need a fridge 😂ok So Matt and Ron where just here to deliver my fridge and omg these guys are awesome so I had an old nasty fridge that was left in the house I bought and they took that old fridge and took the big head ack I had to get rid of it so I'm so greatfull for these guys and again they where so friendly and amazing I truly love Matt John Ron and my beautiful Tanya thank you all so very much.. but you guys will be coming back cause Matt talked me into getting a washer and dryer so I hope Tanya is ready for me lol I LOVE ARONA'S AND ALL THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE
I give this store a 5 star. I really appreciate everything they'd do for me. Also I give them a lot of business, I bring in some of my customer because they're good to me and they are very nice person. I really appreciate them.
Spoken to Tonya n another young lady n a Gentleman they were very courteous. They helped me place an order n make a delivery order. I was very pleased n appreciated their help n excellent delivery ppl. They have my busses for sure now!
Arona is one of the best places I have found to rent items from. As soon as you're in the door, they are such a great group. Friendly and respectful. They are like family. I know that as soon as I walk in we are greeted by name and with such friendly enthusiasm! Highly recommended to everyone I know!
