Rented a tween bed but when we received the bed we realized is not what my son wanted! It was to high. Wanted to return and your company will not take it back they wanted to charge me 4 months of rental in order go to the to take it back . You lost a costumer here. There for I have to rate it 0 I’ll be in contact with the better business bureau and repot you business practice

Great customer service and products. Very affordable prices and easy to get approved. I recommend Arona Home Essentials to everyone. I also suggest for loyal customers like me almost 9 years a customer at your store located on SW 8th Street and 11th Ave. Miami. My monthly payment is over $1,600 per month and never been late on a payment. Arona could show gratitude, and after reaching a certain threshold as put forth by Arona Home Essentials management, give away at least a free TV to those customers that reach that threshold. Just a suggestion.

Terrible service they will harass you even after you do all payments they will make any excuse to want to charge you more or harass you , they will bang on your house door at any time of the day DO NOT GO THERE.
