The staff was friendly, professional, and actually took the time to make sure I found what I was looking for without making me feel pressured. The selection was great, the process was easy, and the customer service really stood out. I also appreciated how helpful and accommodating everyone was. I would definitely recommend the Loves Park location to anyone looking for furniture, appliances, or electronics. I’ll definitely be back!
I have gotten several household items from Arona. Went in a few days ago for a new gas range. Found what I wanted. While waiting for it to be delivered, I discovered my refrigerator had died! After range was delivered, went back to the store, and within 4 hours, my refrigerator was delivered! Now, my central air went out. So I came to Arona, and got a window ac unit. Short term rental. Always pleased with service.
