Love this place! Did business with Ace Rent to Own years ago. Bought all of my household furniture from them in the 90's. Great products! Professional, courteous and down to earth staff back then (in a different state, altogether) and the same kind of people in this company in this store, now! Look forward to a great business relationship with them, and will definitely recommend to my family, friends, co-workers, or anyone in need of renting just about anything! Shout out to Jody at the Council Bluffs store on Broadway for her knowledgeable and rapid response to getting me a washer and dryer very quickly! Will definitely be purchasing other items in the future!

Never rent from them . Difficult to work with. And like to harass people , and call your Landlord for no reason, which is uncalled for. Once I get things paid off with them I will never be doing business with them again. I thought they were a good business to do business with but I was definitely wrong.
