Jane helped my family get out of a difficult situation and got us into a home very quickly. She was very kind, understanding, and answered all of my questions. Grateful for We Rent Marion for helping my family and I.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Absolutely the worst rental agency in Marion, my house that me and my family were living in had issues from day 1, a cracked bathtub which leaked down to the first floor. A hole in the roof, which leaked. These issues were reported to Jane but we were informed we had to contact the property owner, which we were given no way to contact. As issues got worse the ceiling began to literally fall in, to where water would pour into the house. Now we are looking at a serious health concern, as not only we have been seriously injured by water on the stairs or falling debris from the ceiling but we were also very likely being exposed to mold. We ended up being evicted for late rent fees when we had a series of medical issues. These issues which we informed the agency of and they said they would work with us but ended up moving forward with the eviction anyways, which was a serious breach of trust. Prior to this they had been repeatedly taking us to court for evictions, and we were ordered to be leave once before even having paid the past due rent but we're evicted over a bill that was not in the lease. We were then told we could stay if we paid them even more money which we did as we had nowhere else to go, this is textbook extortion as the payment was made under duress. Absolutely the worst agency in town do not rent from them, if you already do find somewhere else to stay because it is not worth it to do business with We Rent Marion.

So I signed my lease on the 8th of November didn't get to move in 14th because they illegally removed an electric box. But still trying to charge me the rent. Not to mention I have literally on have have had how of the house available to me because maintenance never came to fix the upstairs. I will see u court

I am a home owner and I live next door to a We Rent Marion, all I have to say is there was a storm and a tree from one of their properties fell on my vehicle, the renters notified them to let them know about it and a week later the tree is still laying on my vehicle and the power lines. I , a week later contacted them concerned about the power lines and my vehicle and got a very rude response from whom ever answers their calls. The previous renters moved out because they didn’t fix their furnace and the tenant before her had a blind autistic child and had to run extension cords throughout the house to have heat. I normally don’t post or do reviews but this one I had to! I asked around and I work with a few people that rents from them and I never heard anything good about We Rent Marion!

I will update this once someone from the company has contacted me. My wife and I applied for a place on November 1st, 2023. When you apply, a message states you will be notified of a decision within 24-48 hours. It is now, November 9 and still no one has contacted us. We have been calling literally every single day since the 2nd. No one answers the phone, ever. No one calls you back, no matter how many messages you leave. No one responds to emails. I don't know how they are renting properties if they literally have no contact with applicants. ***Update*** It is now June 17, 2024 and surprisingly no one has called or emailed us still. So renters beware, how this company stays in business is beyond me.
