Wonderful customer service and was fairly impressed with the amazing condition everything is in that you are able to rent or buy. The manager is outstanding and is a very kind person to deal with & is amazing at her job!!!
Went in the store to get a washer/dryer after mine broke at home. Reagan was great and walked me through my options she worked with me on my first payment. But the best part of my experience was when I got home. We scheduled for same day delivery (which was awesome) and I went home to unhook the old ones and get them out. I was having some trouble when Anthony showed up with my new units. Not only did he singlehandedly get my old ones out but brought the new ones in and hooked everything up. I didn't have to worry about anything. Definitely recommend Rent One Murray location. I hope this is the start of a long relationship with this store.
Reagan and her team are so friendly and helpful! They worked with us for Project Grad on a karaoke machine and it turned out to be one of the kids favorite activities! Plus the entire rental process was smooth and easy. We will definitely rent from them again! Thank you!

Rent One in Murray helped me tremendously! I was able to get to get a washer and dryer the same day I called them. I gave all my information over the phone and did not even have to go into the store. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!
