I would like to share my experience with my recent washer and dryer delivery from Rent One. While there was some confusion and conflicting information during the process, I am pleased to say that Rent One ultimately addressed the situation and made things right. I appreciate the company’s willingness to correct the misunderstanding and ensure everything was taken care of. Most importantly, I want to recognize Anthony for his outstanding customer service. He was working independently, remained professional at all times, and went above and beyond to make sure the delivery was handled properly. He was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing a positive customer experience. Anthony maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire process and took the time to address concerns with patience and professionalism. His work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction did not go unnoticed. Employees like Anthony are a tremendous asset to Rent One. Because of his professionalism and the company’s efforts to resolve the issue, I am happy to leave a positive review and thank everyone involved for their assistance.
BUYER BEWARE!! We went to this location on Mother’s Day weekend to lease a dryer. Everything went smoothly we agreed to the loan details and delivery went well. Until the nightmare begins. Our first payment came out automatically and was DOUBLE the agreed upon biweekly price. So as anyone would do, I contact the store. To my surprise, the employee apparently put the information in wrong and there was no such agreement to the prices we were told in store. How does this even happen? A couple dollars sure but double?? Come on. DO BETTER THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! The lady handling this phone call was little to no help explaining how this happened other than the employee who did this was fired. She adjusted the rate but it still ended up being $10 more than the original in store quote and was extended 3.5 months longer. Absolutely not. I requested they come and take this dryer back and had I not requested a refund I guarantee one would NOT have been offered. They tell me the day the dryer is picked up a refund will be processed. IT WAS NOT. I had to call the store a few days later and request my refund yet again. They told me the store manager Melissa would return my call after helping a customer. She DIDNT. So FOUR HOURS LATER, I call again to confirm my refund will be processed. And finally it is. Absolutely horrible with customer service, scammy with the quoted payments/loan lengths, and no help when it comes to giving a basic refund. Just take your business else where. Don’t bother with this head ache and terrible management/crew. The only positive feedback I have is for the delivery crew. The guys were amazing, very kind and professional.
Anthony and Sonny were such a pleasure to have in my home. They were kind and professional. Both were dog lovers, an extra bonus! Such great employees! Definitely deserve recognition and more!!

Had to get a washer cuz mine went kaput, but hey it lasted a little over 30 years so I guess it was time. I shopped around and discovered this spot and spoke with the manager about their special on a washer. She was extremely and friendly not that fake crap; very genuine. In fact, the whole staff was cool including their delivery drivers. Highly recommend this location!
