Ken is like family! He is the sweetest, and helped me out by getting me a refrigerator delivered 5 days before they had any openings! Definitely recommend him and the Benton Rent One team! 💯
5 stars. Casey helped me get my living room set picked out and everything set up super quick. Great customer service!
Anytime I get into a tight spot where an appliance goes down or a piece of furniture breaks I know I can count on Rent One in Benton IL. They are quick to greet and make the buying experience an enjoyable one when it can easily be a very stressful experience. Fantastic pricing and amazing benefits keep me coming back! Highly recommend them and look forward to doing business with them for years to come
Fast friendly service. Got my delivery earlier than expected.
The staff were amazing especially Ken! He was quick to greet us and made us feel special! We will definitely be doing service with Benton Rent One for years to come!
The boys who delivered my fridge were friendly, personable, and knowledgable. They went way beyond other delivery persons in the past. I am well pleased.
I cannot say enough about this company, and Casey and others who worked with me. They delivered a lift chair for my sister, who was in desperate need of it for simple mobility. She unfortunately only used it a couple of times, before being taken to the hospital. She passed away one week after receiving it. Rent one will pick up the chair at no additional charge. I owe nothing more. Casey, more than once, extended this condolences and prayers to me and my family. I WILL do business with then again. Absolutely amazing
